      I had the pleasure of doing business with William R***** in assisting me with refinancing my auto loan. He was very professional not to mention very funny and easy to work with. I recommend that if you are looking to refinance he is your go to guy.

      I had an absolutely amazing experience refinancing my auto loan. I spoke with William ******, who made this process super easy, hassle free, and quick! William made sure to answer all of my questions and then some. I went into this process completely blind, as I had not done anything like this before. William was very friendly and personable. I appreciated his kindness and patience through the entire process. If you’re planning on refinancing, definitely ask for William!!

      I spoke with George on the phone about refinancing my auto loan. I mentioned that I'm fine with my current payment amount and that my goal was to lower my interest rate (with the understanding that would be unlikely!), and he mentioned that he'd run only a soft inquiry so my credit wasn't pinged. I just received a call from Bilal at Auto Approve with an offer of a lower payment/higher interest rate (not what I asked for), and he said a hard inquiry was run on my credit. Super frustrated that the opposite of what George and I agreed upon was done. There needs to be better communication between team members if they're going to pass a client off to another salesperson. I chose Auto Approve because I saw they were highly rated online, but I will not be using their services moving forward and wish I didn't give them my information!

      I had a really bad experience with them, my agent that it was “helping me”, when I start the proccess he was really nice and kind, he gave me an approve to get my car payment as $120 and I was to happpy with the deal, I sent them all my information, SSN, ID’s, employee’s information and all they ask me. Also I pay $5,000 for down payment to get a lower monthly payment and I notarizes my car with them.
      After that, like a mont I tried multiple times to contact him, I left texts, calls, e mails and he didn’t response to any of my calls, then he just sent me an email telling me I wasn’t approved for bank reasons that he doesn’t explain me.
      So, conclusion… I lost more than a month, I spend $5,000 that I haven’t get it back yet, they affected my credit score for multiple hits checking for different banks.
      It was a really bad experience…I don’t know if was the company or just the agent that tried helped me,his name is Abraham.

We identified an administrative error made by your Loan Consultant when submitting the value of your vehicle. When the value of your vehicle was corrected, the decision on the application from the Lender changed and a down payment was required. We are so very sorry for the initial miscommunication, and for the inconvenience caused by this error. We did identify that your refund was processed on May 1st but because it was a refund to a card, we were advised that it can take **** business days for it to be reflected on the account.       My husband and I were paying $500 per month for our car. We were skeptical when we received the letter from Auto Approved, but decided to give them a chance. Wow! They are the real deal! They were able to lower our payments by $100! Thank you, *********************, for all of your help! We very highly recommend them!

      I had a great experience using auto approve. I highly recommend asking for Kyrie **********. She is very knowledgeable about the process and answered all of my questions thoroughly and promptly. It was a very easy process and I was able to get a much better rate on my auto refinance!

      I got a loan refinanced with Auto Approve three years ago. The loan was funded, no issues. Since then, they have been constantly coming back for additional information, then they say I didn't need to send info, then they do again. They are very unprofessional, incredibly disorganized, and leave messages threatening to report me to the lender.
      I will never do business with this company again, and I recommend no one else does.
