      Working with Auto Approve was an absolute delight! They exceeded my expectations by closing my loan in just a few days. The process was remarkably smooth and hassle-free. Not only did they secure a fantastic deal for me, but they also managed to create a little gap between my payments. Colbe's professionalism and expertise were truly amazing.       NEVER DO business with this company!!!! We transferred a loan from Harley to them, they added insurance to the loan costing us 100.00 more than what was quoted. We moved to another state, we needed to have the title put in that state, auto approve had had this for 14 months and never took the Harley dealer off and added the correct credit union, upon trying to get this taken care of I ended up having the title sent to me and paying more to have it switched, after further investigation Harley stated that Auto approve rarely follows through on titles. They also do not have electronic lein set up in many places so you have to pay extra to get the titles done. A paying customer should not have to do their job. On a last note the lady I spoke with would t take the blame and blamed us for moving to another state.

      Thank you for providing feedback. We identified that the delay was initially due to us needing updated proof of insurance that we were trying to obtain from you to complete the title. There was a gap from July-October of 2022 where we werent able to obtain the updated insurance card. Once we obtained all the documents we needed, we then found out that you had moved to ************. The documents to complete the title in ************ were sent to you per your request. We had reached out on multiple occasions to offer assistance and to see if you needed anything. We have no control over whether a jurisdiction utilizes or accepts electronic titles/filings so we could not have elected to process the title paperwork any differently that what was required by the local DMV/jurisdiction. We do, however, apologize for the delay in getting the title completed. We do not see the same dollar amount you listed for the ancillary products on the finalized refinanced contract (e.g., the total cost of the ancillary products appears to have added approximately $30 to the monthly payment). A member of our Compliance Team has already been in contact with you regarding the products and they will be assisting you with the cancellation of those products, per your request. The pro-rata premium refunds will be sent to your lender to be applied to the loan balance. If you have any additional questions or concerns in the meantime, please reach out to the Compliance team member at the number he provided. Thank you again for sharing your experience with us.

      I would like to add that had we not moved and paid the bike off we probably would have never seen the title. In response to their comment, they were provided with up to date insurance not once but twice so that is is bold face lie, anyone knows that you have to carry full coverage on a new vehicle and we actually overlapped from state to state. Did they reach out? Yes they did, they sent regular texts asking for an update, *** kept all the texts and not one time did she ask if she could help, maybe I missed that. In response to the amount, I didnt see anyone from there standing beside me or in my back pocket handing over their debit card and I have the bank statement to prove it. As far as the electronic lein, perhaps you should reach out to ****************** and let them know what you said as they are blaming auto approve for dragging their feet getting it put in. Dont blame customers for getting mad when you dont provide a service. And finally an apology! Wow! Waited long enough for that! Bottom line, you screwed up and you know it.

      I had the pleasure of working with ******* to start the process for refinancing my car. From start to finish, ******* was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to explain the process to me and answer all of my questions, which made me feel confident and comfortable throughout the entire experience. ******* was also very patient with me as I know nothing about how to even start this process so I asked him to explain certain terms and concepts MULTIPLE times. He never made me feel like I was bothering him or wasting his time. He even assisted me mainly over text and email because I work multiple jobs and did not have time for a phone call, which I really appreciated.Overall, I would highly recommend ******* to anyone who is looking to refinance. True my went above and beyond and I could not thank him enough. My APR is lower and so is my monthly payment. I couldnt be happier.Thank you, *******, for all of your help!

      I received a letter in the mail from auto approve about a refinance on my car loan. I am also in the middle of purchasing a house and am waiting on mortgage processing, so when I called I asked if I could do it later and wait until I get a hold of my mortgage lender and ask if it was okay to do a refinance. The Auto Approve rep on the phone said yes that is fine. He then said that he can gather info from me just to start a file and take a SOFT credit pull. So I did, I spoke with my mortgage lender the next day and asked if she thought I should do it, and she said no, do not get the hard pull because it might temporarily affect your credit score and hurt your rate. So I responded to auto approve to say that I didn't want to continue, and I found out THAT AUTO APPROVE HAD SUBMITTED MY APPLICATION AND TAKEN A HARD PULL OF MY CREDIT IMMEDIATELY AFTER MY PHONE CALL. I had specifically said in the phone call that I did not want a hard pull taken until I called back, and that was ignored and it was taken without my permission. And Auto Approve may have affected my mortgage and life. The man who lied to me on the phone was named Frank. And because of this instance, I believe this company to be untrustworthy and should not be used.

We identified that our credit authorization statement was read to you, and you responded Yes when asked if you provided authorization to review your credit. We do understand, however, that you were told by the employee you spoke with that you would receive a call before the hard inquiry occurred. We have taken action to reach a resolution to this matter, and a member of our Compliance Team has been trying to reach you to discuss this resolution.       I spoke with salesman William and he is most definitely a fast talker and has and hard time listening to his potential customers. He explained to me that he can help me lower my interest rate because it’s very high. He asked me for my information and I asked him will there be any hard inquiries on my credit because I have a great score, he stated no but that’s not true. I explained I didn’t have insurance at the moment and I’m in between switching my insurance company he call me a criminal and stated when I stop breaking the law then I can give them a call back to set up service. That was very unprofessional for him to call a potential client a criminal and don’t even know if I am or not just because I’m leaving an insurance company and going to another company. You guys will never get my business and I will make sure if I tell anyone I know that’s interested in your business not to they will be talked to like criminals if they’re not be looked at as a person. William was half way professional about his job and very rude after I told him I was leaving one company going to another. If I was able to give no stars than that’s my rating. I see why this company get so many bad ratings it’s not a great company at all. Just to steal your personal information and use it.
