  Jake H**** has been an absolute pleasure to work with. I highly recommend him to anyone who may need support or clear instructions throughout this process. This has been my first refinance and he made the process painless and simple for me. Even when I didn’t get back to him right away he continued to keep his cool and remain patient and kind with me. He never ceased to remind me when I needed it in the most gentle and persistent of ways. Anyone who feels unsure about moving forward with their new loan I would recommend suggesting this man if that’s possible.

  Applied and got an email saying they could save us money, called them back and emailed and even texted and no answer at ALL. The representative Matthew Searcy NEVER answers, But i keep getting emails, texts saying the clock is ticking on saving money. How am I supposed to save money if they never answer or reply to my emails. Feels like a scam at this point because I gave them my information with no results. Auto approve do not reply to this review with "Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. Unfortunately, we are unable to locate a record in our system with the information provided. "

  Courtney was very helpful and patient with us during the process ! Only problem we had was answering some of the security questions that were asked because they went back over 30 years . Other than that it was a pretty easy process .

  I was looking for a car loan (lease buy out) and asked their representative what are their fees. He said no fees. So I chose to proceed. All the transactions were not smooth at all, they were asking me for one thing now, another thing next, it felt like they were trying to figure out how to do their business. At some point they asked me to sign a loan document that had $400 in fees. When I challenged them the answer was "we are not a charity"... As a result I wasted about two weeks and now I am not in a good spot in terms of deadlines with my end of lease and also I need to get another credit score hit with a new inquiry from the next potential lender. I will avoid doing business with them in the future.

  Filled out the online application. Got a call back about 2 days later regarding the application. Completed application with customer service rep - gave social security number and everything - they said they’d call back in 48 hours with an update. It’s been 2 weeks and we’ve non stop called with no response. This place is a scam!
