  Absolute nightmare, be careful! I'm not one to complain, but this has had such an impact on my life..I'd worked hard on my credit and finally put myself in a position to take out a loan to start business. This was supposed to free up capital and move me forward, but instead, it stopped me dead in my tracks. The rep could not follow through with what he'd promised, offered confident, yet deceitful solutions to my concerns, provided me with inaccurate paperwork to sign, promised to fix the discrepancies, then only avoided my calls when I tried to straighten things out.
  Meanwhile, my car payment was due. I kept telling him such, under the impression that if I'd made a payment, it would confuse things further on the payoff amount. He shrugged it off.
  I was told if I used a credit card for down-payment, I could cancel my current warranty and use that money to pay off the card, as the new contract came with its own warranty. "That's what most people do" he said. (I've since learned most warranty companies don't send checks!) When I noticed the contract had no warranty, and the numbers didnt match what we'd discussed, he said it was due to a flux in daily interest, and he'd send the info on the warranty, promising it was in there. Just sign and he'd take care of it. So, I did. Dumb, I know. He then went incognito, as did the girl watching his accts. Supervisor was no help, and I ended up with a missed payment due to the length of process. Their third party wouldn't honor but one of my credit cards, and even that was a go around.
  Today, I have a lower car payment, with a 1500 dollar credit card payment at 30% interest, and my credit score plummeted, relinquishing any chance of getting my loan. I have called and left messages for a supervisor, but haven't heard anything. I am sure they have some great reps who look out for their customers, but to chance getting that one, not worth it.

  It was a fairly easy process. They gave friendly reminders because sometimes it was a day or two before we could respond to each request. I’d recommend them.

If possible ask for William Romero as he was informative and always kept an open line of communication when it came to the refinancing process. I recommend him to anyone looking to refinance.
