  Dustin helped me out from beginning to end and always provided me with updates. It was my first time refinancing and he explained the process to me step by step, while also answering any questions and concerns I had professionally. His service was top not h and patience was amazing. Will definitely come to auto approve if I have to refinancing again!!

  We used Auto Approve to refinance our car loan. William Romero was absolutely fantastic and made it incredibly easy. He was able to save us over 100.00 a month on our loan. I absolutely recommend him! He was helpful and very responsive with any questions we had.

  Company sends letters stating pre approval for financing. When you contact them it doesn't take only seconds to hear back and you need a SSN. It's been a week since I've spoken with anyone from here. I've tried to contact "Susan" multiple times and no response. After 7 days I receive a text stating the lender they chose doesn't want to present a offer. Thanks for all the waste of time and lack of effort to represent a customer you reached out to. Maybe stop sending automated letters and actually care for the people you're trying to represent.

There are other factors that can impact the final terms that are offered, such as the value of the vehicle, total amount financed (loan to value), etc. This type of information is obtained during our initial conversation with the customer and can impact the pre-qualified offer. We identified that you called us on 7/21 (Friday), and that a text was sent to you following that initial conversation stating your Loan Consultant would be reaching out with a decision on your application within 48 hours. Your Loan Consultant texted you with updates on 7/24 (Monday), 7/25, and 7/28.
