1 starAs a former loan officer at a bank, avoid this company. Really bad experience. We experienced the old "bait & switch". At the beginning of the process, they quoted a loan rate that was almost a full percentage point lower than what we were finally approved at. They promise the moon to get you to apply, and then under-deliver. Not only that, but by the time they added their fee, their APR was higher than our current loan. Moreover, they deceptively quote the loan rate rather than the all inclusive APR. Totally inexcusable and dishonest.
One of the most irritating parts of the experience was the terrible communication within Auto Approve. We dealt with 5 different people, and it became apparent that none of them were communicating with each other. We received the same requests for info from different people who didn't know that we had sent the info twice (to two different people).
Really bad company.
