4 starsI’m so thankful to auto approve! I knew nothing of refinancing my loan & explained that to Phil, who was gracious to explain it to me. Once I was able to refinance, auto approve was the first to send me info & at the best rate. Although we had issues catching each other due to conflicting schedules, everyone on his team made a good effort to reach out to help & were very patient with me.
Big thanks to your entire team! For everything!

1 starWhat a waste of my time. I received a letter stating they can lower my auto payments by over 300 a month. Even gives me an exact number...nowhere in this letter does it state this MAY be possible. It is stated as fact. After wasting an hour of my time they tell me they can't help me. What a joke. If you are going to send out these letters be HONEST about it. Shady business practice.

Thank you for providing feedback. The terms that are provided in any pre-qualified offer are based on the information available to us at that time. There are other factors that can impact the final terms that are offered, such as the value of the vehicle, total amount financed (loan to value), etc. On the letter you received, right before the listed interest rate, it says an interest rate as low as. Additionally, we would like to point out that on the back of the letter, there is a *Terms and Conditions of Offer disclosure that states that our offer is subject to the various factors listed in that disclosure. The last sentence states Rates and terms are subject to change based on market conditions and borrower eligibility. So I called and *************************** was able to get a refi loan with a lower % rate and lower mo. payment.
