      I discontinued my service with them December 1 of 2024 and they have not picked up their garbage cans after Ive called him five times and here they are still here at the end of my driveway, every time the wind blows I have to go and retrieve them. I have no other options, but to file a complaint so other customers can read this

      We are new to curbside waste.Two months have been paid ******** trash has been removed for 3 weeks. Upon calling CS 4-5 times since 1/7/25 there has been ZERO trash removal.Each representative has a different explanation for the reason for no service. One very nice representative put our service as VIP, with detailed instructions to make the drivers instructions very clear and easy to understand. Once again zero pick up and the garbage and recycling are piling ***** husband and I signed up to Curbside waste because the salesman who came to our house in October stated that for an extra charge the trash haulers would come to the front of our garage and collect the trash.Both my husband and I have physical limitations that make it difficult if not impossible to pull the trash cans to the curb. Hence the reason we wanted to do business with Curbside Waste.CS with Curbside Waste is severely unreliable! After spending ***** minutes on hold I have been hung up on and still zero resolve.I am curious to know why this company is still allowed to do business!I am hoping the BBB will be able to help us get resolve with these issues. (Hopefully help other people with similar issues compliments of Curbside Waste)

      I was mislead by a salesmen who told me every house on my block has switched, or is currently switching to this company, when that is not the case. Once I received the cans on 12/16/24, I called and was able to cancel my subscription without any problems. I was told they would pick up the cans in the coming days but they never did. Its been almost a month since I received them and the customer service keeps telling me that they will pick up the cans but they still have not. Ive called them everyday from 1/2/25 to 1/10/25, at multiple different hours of the day and spent 30 to 40 minutes on hold or gone to voicemail. I called them today 1/14/25 and the company said that they would be picking the cans up between 12 - 6 pm the same day. However, they never came to retrieve the cans.

      Curbside waste has removed the carts already and does apologize it took some time we did not charge no fee for this delivery of carts nor charge to remove them we also removed your cancel fee so no charge was added the customer has 3 days to cancel this will make sure carts are not delivered but again account is closed and carts are removed thank you

      1 Raised rates in July never notified customers 2 looked at my account and owed $300 in late fees 3 Contacted Curbside customer service multiple times 4 Contacted customer service to cancel service, was given 4 free months credit and that left me with a balance of $89 if I stayed. Agreed to stay. Email payment confirmed 5 12/22/24 sent $1000 to pay upfront for year plus Also called the 12/29 for top of driveway service and no mention of an outstanding balance 6 12/31/2024 received email I owed more which I stupidly paid the balance I already paid as I was recovering from surgery and just need NY cans emptied 7 1/22025 received email my service would be suspended 8 ********** since 12/26 Have called and sent multiple emails to cancel my service, pick up the full cans and refund my money with no response.

       I am rejecting this response because:
      It took many emails to receive a response.  Curbside owed me $300 more than what was refunded.

      Also, they are still rated A+ do they buy this rating?  There are numerous complaints and this is not right.

       I am rejecting this response because: First the $1000 that was sent to Curbside was not an error I was paying my bill in advance for what was agreed upon: 4 months free service account would be up to date.  But my services were haulted the first of January as to when all this started.  Here are the payments made:

      After many emails I got the cans removed and was told the account was closed and paid in full.  When I asked for a record of this was told there was no way to do this.

      There are numerous complaints about this business and yet they still have an A++ rating?  I suspect many, like me, just want to put it behind them.  I am now filing more complaints and reaching out to neighbors to do the same.  ************ is not honest and taking advantage of our neighborhoods.

      So, NO, this response is rejected as the payments of $1000 was not by accident and there is no outstanding balance.  If they fill there is then they will need to take me and all the neighbors, I have rallied behind me to court.

      I did not have my trashed picked up on the week of 12/25/2024. I called them that Friday to get this resolved. They said they would send someone out no one came. Called back and was instantly disconnected after waiting 25 minutes on the line. Had some one else in my household call them and they told them that they will pick up all and any excess trash the next week and back date two weeks from our bill. I'm very dissatisfied with their service. They told us we need a 30 day notice to cancel? I was not aware of this? I waited two weeks to have my trash picked up when they said they were sending someone out? This business has changed in the last year and I no longer wish to use them, but alas no one will answer my call. I'm frustrated with this company as a whole and need to get this resolved.

      Curbside agreed to pick up garbage and yard waste every Wednesday for the negotiated price. Five times in the last six months our service was not completed. I contacted the company on the following dates to request a remedy after they missed a pickup:8/22/24 8/29/24 9/6/24 9/19/24 1/3/25 The remedies they provided were subpar - once they offered to come back in the next ***** and never came back, other times they offered to pick up more bags the next week. Have you had rotting baby diapers sitting in your driveway in 100 degree heat for 2 weeks?I contacted them via email on 1/5/25 requesting to have my service cancelled on 1/29/25. They are telling me I need to pay a $200 cancellation fee since Im still under contract, but the service that I signed up for has not been getting completed so I believe this as a breach of contract on their end.I brought this to their attention multiple times and gave them several opportunities to make this right, and it still continued to happen. What I want from them is to cancel my service and waive the $200 fee they want to charge me for the service they could not complete.

      THE COMPANY IS HIRED TO PROVIDE A SERVICE, THE BILL IS PAID, NO SERVICE. CONTACTED COMPANY WAS PROMISED NUMEROUS TIMES THAT PICK UP WOULD BE MADE. IT HAS NOT. AT THIS POINT THEY ARE CREATING A FIRE HAZZARD BY NOT PICKING UP THE RECYCLING. I HAVE RECORDED THE PHONE CONVERSATIONS WITH THEM TELLING ME SERVICE WILL BE PROVIDED..I HAVE BEEN CALLING THEM FOR OVER A WEEK. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE.       Approximately 10 years ago, I requested Curbside to change the ownership of my account to my family member, but they never completed the update. After I moved, my family took over paying for the account; however, they were not allowed to change the ownership, which has caused ongoing issues.Over the past few years, the quality of service has significantly declined. Now that my family wants to cancel the service, Curbside is refusing to process the cancellation due to the unresolved ownership issue, despite this being their responsibility to address years ago. However, they gladly took payment from a "non-owner" of the account despite their unwillingness to help resolve my family member's concerns and requests.When I contacted customer service recently, they did not verify my identity to ensure I was the correct person to discuss the account until we had already started discussing the account information (approximately 2-3 minutes into the conversation). I was also informed of a 30-day cancellation notice, a policy that was never communicated to my family despite their repeated calls. Adding to the frustration, my call was disconnected, and the representative did not call me back. **************** wait times regularly exceed 20 callers, making it almost impossible to resolve issues promptly.This entire experience has been unprofessional and frustrating. I cannot recommend this company based on the poor service quality, lack of accountability, and inadequate customer support.

      My account is under my maiden name and my previous address. Ive returned Theresas call and left her a message with the information that is on the account associated with the account name and address. As mentioned in the initially inquiry, this account should have been updated to my family members name when I moved which I called to allow them to update upon moving out.

      Curbside Waste has failed to provide the services that I am currently paying for. They failed to pick up my trash today, 12/31/24, last week on 12/24/24. They also failed to pick up my trash when I missed having my bin on the curb prior to the truck going by when they told me they would send a truck out within 24 to 48 business hours. They also failed to pick up my trash another time in November, I don't recall the exact date. Since they have failed to pick up my trash two weeks in a row over the holidays, my trash bin is now overflowing and I cannot add any further trash to my bin and I need it removed. When speaking with the representative today, I asked to speak with a manager to get a timeframe on when they would be able to pick up my trash and she told me that it again be 24 to 48 hours before someone will be able to get out to the house. I then asked for a refund and she told me should could not do that. I asked to speak with someone that would be able to do that and she said that they were not available. I informed the person that I would wait for the person to become available. She informed me again that is not possible and then hung up on me.

      For the last 3 months Curbside has missed one week of trash pickup each month. I have a Monday trash pickup. Each time I have to call their customer service *************) and they schedule another day to pick up that same week. I have asked for a manager to assist with the recurring missed trash pickup and no manager has yet contacted me. Curbside missed my trash pickup on Monday, December 23, 2024. I called CS and they scheduled the next day Tuesday, December 24. They did not pick up the trash as scheduled. I called their **************** line again. This time they scheduled a pickup on Thursday December26, again they did not pick up the trash. I called CS and was told the workorder was altered and they were picking up on Friday December 28. No one from Curbside called/emailed me about this change. On Friday, December 28 at 2pm the trash had not yet been picked up. I called CS and was put on hold while they confirmed with the driver that a trash pickup was still happening. CS told me the driver was still enroute and would be there by 6:30pm. Again there was no trash pickup. ** has never offered a credit adjustment or any compensation for these missed trash ********** is inconvenient and time consuming for me to keep moving my trash out for multiple scheduled pickup days and calling CS with no resolution. No manager, or anyone from Curbside has called/emailed me to resolve the missed Monday trash pickups.

       I am rejecting this response because:

      I had a missed garbage pickup on Dec 23, 2024. I called Curbside to reschedule a pickup for the next available day, Thursday Dec 26, which was missed. I called and they stated that pickup was cancelled and rescheduled for Friday Dec 27 - again it was missed and canceled by Curbside. I was not notified of either canceled pickup. I called and requested a credit to my account as my next normal schedule pickup day would be Monday, Dec 31. They stated a $5 credit was put on my account. I filed a complaint with the BBB because this has become a recurring missed pickup every month. My complaint was responded to by Curbside that a manager would be contacting me. I have never received a call, letter, text or email regarding this issue. I received my February bill with no credit on the account. On ****** I called and was told there is no credit noted on my account and a missed pickup is only $3 credit. I requested a manager and was told I had to schedule a call back with a manager. Again, I have not received a call, email, letter or text to resolve this issue.
