      This company has horrible customer service. They can't even fed ex anything to you. What year is this. Had to fax everything. 2 weeks out still trying to get my money for shares I sold. Sooo ridiculous!

      If I could leave fractional stars, I would.I'm not sure why these companies are outsourcing this company to manage their dividend reinvestment plans. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE COMPANY! I tried to help my aging mother access her online account and I got every excuse in the book why they couldn't access her account. So we sold all $2 Million worth of shares just to get their thumb off her accounts!Stay away from any company that has EQ managing their shares! ********** COL(R), U.S. Army

      This is the worst company i have ever dealt with! Their customer service is terrible. Every time I call in I hopefully can understand the person I talk to, I have followed their procedure to the letter and have sent several checks for their processing fees and I am no further now than I was 4 months ago. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I think they need to be reported for their poor business practices.I agree with everyone else they deserve a zero rating!

      Sent mail to wrong address 3 TIMES. Caused tremendous confusion because I couldnt figure out how they got the wrong address from seeing as I never lived there.

      Terrible company; horrible customer service. Very difficult to work with, long waits, can't do normal stuff online; do not care about your pain. Had it foisted on ** through a merger and acquisition, and will be finished with them as soon as I am able...Come to think of it, zero stars would be more appropriate, as with the most recent other review.

      I would like to give this company zero stars. They are a pain. Very long story, but essentially I inherited some stock held by this company. My sibling and I went through many hoops to get it transferred into our names, each with a separate account. This is a stock that is traded on the ****. Not a small company. After all that, EQ will NOT give me online access as somehow that particular stock is not permitted to have online access? It makes NO sense. I got a form in the mail w/ an authentication ID. You have to pick your stock from a drop-down box, and my stock is not there. Literally I'm told my stock can't have online access. So bizarre. I am still going through hoops to figure out how to get it out of EQ and into a normal brokerage.

      They stole 25% of my mother's inherited stock after the lawyer informed them she would not be filing out a W9 form for taxes, as the entire estate would be taxed when the estate closed. Now we can't close the estate until this is figured out. All the other stocks in the estate were through Compushare, which has been a dream to work with comparatively. This place should be investigated.

      I have used EQ since my account was transferred from CompShare. I haven't had any problems. Giving them a 3-star only because I haven't tried selling stock. I have purchased stock with various companies without a hitch. I have had no reason to call *****************

      As another person said, I would give this company Zero Stars if such a thing were possible. I have now tried to recover my account at least a half dozen times, several of them on the phone with a rep walking me through the process (although I've done it exactly the same way each time, even without assistance), and after I've jumped through all of their hoops, giving them everything but my blood type, the website encounters "an unexpected error." Imagine my horror when they told me that the reason I received this error was because the website was experiencing "heavy traffic" and that I should try again later. Seriously? This is a joke, right?With all the negative reviews I'm seeing here, if some outside auditor or independent agency hasn't looked into this company by now, I don't know what they would be waiting for. They should either be put out of business or fined out of existence.
