      I sent EQ Shareowner Services direction to sell my stock in ****************** Common Stock.They received my transaction request on 2/9/2025 by certified mail.Their automated phone system said the transaction will complete in 5 business days.They have not deposited the funds from my sale into my bank account. I have called ************ and ************, and their representatives say it will take 1-5 business days, or 1-2 business days, depending who I talked to. I talked to "Aconsha" (spelling?) on 22/19/2025. I talked to "Aruna" (spelling?) on 02/21/2025. I was told I would be notified when the transaction was complete. I have not received funds and have not been notified.I'm hoping you can help get this company to send me the funds they owe me from the sale of my stock. The market value of the funds was $2032.82 on 01/16/2025.

      I sold a portion of my stock on January 7th with ** share owner for over $150,000 and they told me the check would be sent out next business day so January 8th. It would take ***** business days to get to me and that time came and went with no check. I have called customer service several times to resolve the issue and two of them told me to just wait a few more days so I did and I did but still nothing. All of the customer service representatives tell you different things and none of them can keep their story straight. The supervisors do not help at all because they give you different answers from the next one. I called February 11th to have the checked cancel and reissued and now its going to take anywhere from ***** business days to me receive it. I needed to receive MY money in a timely manner. This has now caused me and my family a great deal of stress because this was being used for a big purchase for us. At this time I am nervous and scared that I will not see my money and its already been taken out of my stock profile. It has caused me a great deal of stress because I started having panic attacks over a week ago because I dont know if I will see my money and Im at a loss on what to do. This is a lot of money. I really hope someone gets back with me on this! Thank you in advance.
