      Agree with everyone else. My mother owned stock that was managed by them. She passed away and as her executor, I have been trying to get the stock transferred to her estate and sold. I've been working on this for over 4 months now. I have spoken to their customer service multiple times and they all tell me different things. Just called to get an update and the representative told me he couldn't give me an update that I would be receiving a "status update letter" in the mail. When I told him a previous representative was able to read a previous "status update letter" over the phone to me, he changed his answer to "well, you should be receiving a status update letter but I don't actually see one". Then I found out I wasn't actually going to receive a letter from them because they claimed they did not receive the new paperwork I sent almost 3 weeks ago.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They are awful. And like others have said, I feel like they are holding my rightful money hostage. I would give them zero stars if I could.

      I was just trying to sell my shares! I dont even know how to describe something thats should be as simple is now taking over a month. Bad customer service. Everyone is saying different things. I wish i never had to deal with them!

      Three times I have tried to process an affidavit of loss and stock power form. Last time, I even phoned twice because I dont trust their advice and instructions the first time. Still, they get the instructions wrong and it gets sent back yet again without sending me the new forms so I can resubmit it. I now have to try for the fourth time. It will take much longer than they say. Whatever they tell me and whatever they touch goes wrong.

      They are completely worthless. After over 3 attempts to get something as simple as a duplicate statement, I finally gave up and called the investor relations sept for the stock I held. I got what I needed in 5 minutes and we had a ******************** about the company theyve trusted with their shareholders.

      I am currently in the middle of a nightmare with this company. They are holding my money hostage. They never give you straight answers. I am also trying to get shares sold but I have to wait for a statement to be mailed just so I can tell them what my account # is. I'm on day 10 of waiting for this statement to arrive. This company should be reported to whoever oversees stock transfer agents. I've recently done several transfers with Computershare and every transaction moved very fast. I would sell my shares at noon and would receive my check via *** 2 days later. This place.doesnt use Fed Ex or ***?!!!! What year is this?!!!!! I feel as if I'm going to find out that this company stole everyone's stock and left town under the cover of darkness or the very slow **** system. I'm very concerned I won't get the money owed to me. If you are.considering using this company, please take the warnings of EVERY REVIEW and go elsewhere. I would suggest Computershare.

      Stay away! This company is awful. Horrible customer service. You want to sell your shares? Good luck! They make you jump through hoops. No one knows what they are doing. They make you wait 10 days between transactions. They are full of excuses for their system failures. Its horrible. There are many better options. Wish I wouldve known this earlier. I am reading nothing but bad reviews.

      This company deposited someone else's dividends into my account. My bank caught the error and returned the deposit. This happened twice on two different dates. I then received two letters from the company asking me for cashier's checks from the bank. I checked with my bank security department. They confirmed the deposits and returns. I called the company, for which the representative tried to talk to someone in the back office. This one call took over an hour. ******* was finally able to confirm that they received the funds returned. I'm not being paid for my time. I feel like billing them.

      Sold some shares and specifically told them to put money into my bank account. What do they do Mail checks!! They claim they could not identify bank for deposit. I guess routing number and account number is not enough information for these clowns. So glad all my shares are out of their hands!
