  The work turned out pretty much as expected. I was very disappointed though regarding the customer service and experience. The job was supposed to start on Thursday morning but they didn't show up till late in the afternoon and only did the demo. They were supposed to come back Friday morning and should have finished on that day, but again they didn't show up till after 1pm. Because they got here so late they didn't get to the plumbing part till after 5pm when we had issues Nevada the water line coming into it house was broken when they turned the water back on. I do not blame then for the breakage as there was most likely an existing issue, but because it was late I struggled to find someone to come shut off the water at the water main, just a little context for this as I live in a very small rural town. They finished what they could and had to come back again on Saturday. We got the water line repaired by 8:30 am and the workers were aware. They said they would be here in an hour, but again showed up after noon. We had to cancel plans every day because they got here super late and stayed till after 7 pm Thurs and Friday, then nearly 5 pm Saturday. This is the only shower my mom can use she ended not being able to shower again till Monday because we had to wait for caulk to set. Based on our initial consult they should have been done in a day and a half. The workers were nice enough but I felt like they had no respect for our time and needs.

  Sales was absolutely wonderful. Communication was good, the process explained and all things gone over until there were issues. The install was scheduled. Hours before the install was supposed to take place it was canceled. We were told the installer was ill. They only have 1 in ***** apparently. Already had time off scheduled to be there to let them in. Rescheduled for two weeks later. Once the installer began there were issues and it took over a month to get them all resolved. I understand things need to be adjusted but no recourse on the wait so we just didnt have a shower. Will not be using this company again.

  Meeting with vendor **** can be burdensome at times, but not with *** with Hansons. What a pleasant individual. *** was cordial and very informative. We are getting siding and gutters. *** explained in clear terms what the benefits of each siding ***************** options.If you are looking to get a quote from Hansons, in the ****** area be sure to ask for ****** *****. You will be happy with your choice and the siding products Hansons offers.

  The stars are based ONLY on the window contractors (Dirty Hands specifically) were amazing in every way. They were personable and helpful, respected my home and us, and went over and above by cleaning the disaster left behind by the roofing contractors. Their work was professional and turned out beautifully. I would give them 10 stars if I could.The roofing job and how we were treated by the local office General Manager when we reached out about the piles (new and clearly spilled) of nails in our driveway and yard along with roofing debris left everywhere was one of the most disgusting customer service situations I have experienced. I had hoped a *****- Hansons sign would be posted in my yard, I would have made one that said DON'T DO IT next to it. This entire part of the job would be negative 10 stars.

  I had the best company representative visit me this evening. ********* was fantastic. He explained everything thoroughly and answered all of our questions. This great guy took the time to help us really understand what we needed and our options to get there. ********* had so many interesting ways to show us how windows worked differently and how big of an impact triple pane glass really makes a huge difference. We couldn't have been happier with our experience. Thank you again.
