      I absolutely love my new windows. The installer did a wonderful job and was so alert to detail. I really hope they pay their guys well as it was pretty cold outside. I would give the installer 5 stars for sure! The only problem my *********** had was the customer service. We would text/call/email our salesman and he wouldn't return our calls. We ordered the windows in August and got them installed yesterday (January 18th). We didn't receive information as to why they were taking so long. I'm hoping that it was just a hick-up in the system and all has been corrected. I guess everybody is busy.But yes, I would recommend them very much.

      Windows look beautiful. The installation crew did a great job. They were very respectful of the property and did a superb job cleaning up. They completed the job in the timeframe they gave us. They answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend ******** and will use them again for future projects.

      over all job looks great we had some problems with the color but by one day it got fixed i didnt like that if i didnt ask about caulking around the windows they were not going to caulk but sense i asked for it they did it but if i didnt they would not have i found that strange i that it was automatic there is some other things but i will leave it at that over all looks good ill wait a few years and see what happens

      Sales man (***********************) that came out was awesome. He came out within a couple hours of me contacting them to get the estimate. He was very proficient with all the changes we made over the months. Only had a few issue with scheduling and having things measured right the first time. So that had set our install date we thought we could have them in by back a couple months. But they were in, one guy (***************************) did 90% of the work which was 11 windows and 6 of those were cut out and custom made. He was awesome very friendly, did an amazing work, and for only one person he was very fast for installing by himself, especially for the size of some of these windows. Very pleased with the results of how they turned out. One of the reasons that made me go with them was the option on some of they windows was the lifetime guarantee and that it could also be transferred to the next home owner.

      ******** window and siding were very professional and knowledgeable about windows and the type of windows I wanted. My sale rep knew what windows would work in my home. I was very satisfied with everything. I recommend **********************-down

      These guys (Hansons) did a amazing job from the first call i made to get a estament to the finished job the crews were very friendly fast like wow fast they cleaned up after they finished each step, i had shingles eves and overhangs done and rain gutters with gutter shield, i have 0 complants i could not have asked for faster or friendlier people to work with from my first call to complete job was 5 or 6 weeks highly recamend

      Very pleasant experience. All of the people we dealt with through Hansons were friendly and professional. We had two roofs replaced and the work was done in a timely manner and looks very good. They were very helpful with our situation and took good care of us. Very satisfied customer and would definitely recommend them.
