      They Fixed *************** when product did finally make it (covid slow production) , they were fast installing it( even in the cold snowy weather) so far the ************** work wonders. Thanks again to them

      HANSONS DID A GREAT JOB WITH THE SIDING, BUT THEY TORE MY GUTTERS OFF AND WANT ME TO PAY $890.00 FOR A PERMIT FEE TO REPLACE THEM.I FEEL THAT THEY SHOULD REPLACE THE GUTTERS ON MY HOUSE SINCE THEY RIPPED THEM OFF. ALSO WHEN I ASKED WHY I HAVE TO PAY FOR A PERMIT FEE, THEY ACCUSED ME OF REFUSING TO PAY , WHEN ALL I ASKED WAS WHY CANT THEY REPLACE WHAT THEY TORE OFF MY HOUSE. I GIVE THEM 3 STARS, FOR A JOB NOT COMPLETE.

      3 windows installed in 1.5 hours. Excellent install team. Caulk job around windows were perfect. Great communication throughout entire process from order to install.

      Hansons did a great job! They showed up when they said they would, completed the job on time, kept their workspaces clean, they were quick and efficient with the removal and install of 12 new windows in a 3 story condo. We could instantly notice a difference in the insulation of the new windows. I would highly recommend their service and their product. My only complaint is with admin staff afterwards. I got no less than 5 emails with the same request for a signature to complete the close of the project. Multiple phone calls asking me to sign the document that I had already signed. It was annoying.

      Friendly people and the windows were great quality, it was installed well. my only complaint was the installation team forgot to call us to set up an appointment after our windows were ordered and arrived. other than that it was well done.

      Hired Hansons for roofing and gutters. Came out quickly and roofers were great. Roofing seems fine so far. However, gutter company neglected to replace/repair wood behind gutters and ended up with animals in my attic. They also left nails all over my property without regard. I have tried contacting them several times but i cannot get a returned phone call.
