  ***** did a wonderful job explaining everything to me. He spent an hour and half with me going over everything for my roof and window. Answered all my questions and never once made me feel pressured into any decision I made. I would highly recommend him and Hansons to anyone that's looking for any home improvement!

  We called in November for a quote to replace a window before we placed our house on the market. It was expressed how important it was to have this window replaced before January. They set an appointment to have a professional measure the window before ordering the window. The person never showed up. When we called Hansons to find out what is going on, we were transferred multiple times to be hung up on with no answers several times.When the window was finally ordered, it took forever. We finally got the call that the window was in a just before listing our home. We were able to schedule a couple of days after listing our home for Hansons to call the day of the appointment to tell us that the window was measured wrong and the windowed we just waited 2.months for was wrong. We called and expressed how important it was that the window got fixed and why and Hansons customer service was super unprofessional and had no compassion for the situation they created. After a week we received a call from Hansons asking how our install went. At that point we had an offer on our house fall through because of the window, and we were beyond upset that they didn't even acknowledge that they messed up and didn't even know that they didnt provide the service they were calling us to rate. Spent a lot of money for really really bad service. ******** cost me a lot of money on an offer on my house that we never got again. Would not recommend Hansons.

  0 Stars!Hansons is the WORST company ever. Ive had nothing but problems with my windows that were installed in Nov 2018. We thought the windows were great until Spring 2019 and we couldnt lock or close our windows completely once we opened them. We choose to go with Hansons because of their awesome warranty so we gave them a call. They sent a repairman to look at our windows. He said that the windows were all bad and needed replaced. Several weeks later, Hansons sent another repairman. He also said they were bad and needed replaced. Then a third guy was sent and he agreed with the previous 2 men. He said they had a bad batch of windows and many customers were experiencing similar issues. At this point, many months had passed and we still werent able to lock our windows. To make matters worse, there were small drafts coming through our windows which ran up our energy bill. Over the past 4.5 years, weve had countless promises by Hansons to fix the windows. They sent guys to measure and order the materials only to be stood up the next visit. They have no-called no-show so many times that when they make an appointment were lucky if they show up 25% of the time. When they do show up, they have no materials or wrong materials. When they removed 2 windows, water poured out of them onto our wooden floors because the balancers were bad. My wife and I have taken countless days off of work only to be stood up by Hansons or for the work not to be done. Its been nearly 5 years and our windows still dont function properly and are unusable. We cant open them because if we do, we cant close them or lock them. This has been an absolute disaster. Weve asked Hansons several times for our money back so we can get functioning windows. Of course, they tell us theyll make them right but here we are still waiting as of April 2023. I would never recommend Hansons. These windows are junk and the company is even worse. They dont stand behind their windows or their warranty.

  1-800Hansons did a wonderful job turning my 1970's looking house into a updated modern home that is a head ****** for those that drive by. They re roofed my house. Changed multiple windows. Replaced old siding with insulated vinyl siding. New gutters. Yes, was not cheap, but a person gets what he pays for these days. Installers new what they were doing. Cleaned up their mess. 1-800Hansons called me after each install and asked if I was happy with the work and installers. One happy customer!
