      IF YOU WANT A LEAKY ROOF AND A LAWSUIT, HIRE HANSONS For full disclosure, I am a litigation attorney, not a customer of **********************. However, I hope that my insight can help you avoid making the mistake of hiring them. Having represented clients with disputes against Hansons, my observation is that Hansons is possibly the worst option to go with if you need a roof replacement. They inflate prices to pay for their aggressive advertising campaigns and completely neglect the quality of their work. Their subcontracted crews are vastly underqualified to perform roofing work and their so-called guarantee is nothing but lip service coupled with half-assed repair attempts by underqualified subcontractors. Worst of all, Hansons will make you sign possibly the most onerous and one-sided contract you'll ever sign in your life and they'll use it against you like a battering ram if you have is***s and complain down the road. Then, if you're anything like my clients, they'll *** you when you refuse to pay for work that made the roof worse than it was before. Hansons uses its lawyers and its contracts to hide behind low quality work sold at high quality prices. Take it from someone who has ***d Hansons and has experienced their "warranty" process...DON'T EVER USE HANSONS. If you have used Hansons and you have a dispute regarding their service, I'm happy to chat.

      When we originally placed our order, the salesman was terrific; professional, knowledgeable and answered all our questions. The window installers were just as professional. They answered all our questions, explained and showed everything they did, and they cleaned up.all debris! We're extremely happy with the new windows and anticipate our new siding to finish our home update!

      I had one installer for my three large sliding windows and he was very nice, explained everything he needed to do and cleaned up my inside and outside of the house. He worked a good 12 hour day. I hope to do some more replacement windows in the future.

      **************** worked really hard long days, they had to strip 3 layers off put a deck on and shingle everything, they said they never forget this job as was a challenge to do. They roof looks great now
