Didnt do job as promised!!They promised to put in venting before spraying directly on inside of roof boards, saying that mold could arise if spraying directly on roof boards since the area was already insulated. The guys they sent out to do the job tried to put a couple vents up and then gave up and sprayed directly on roof boards! No mold yet, but damage may be done!! Then the company still wanted full payment and wouldnt refund my money!! (I would give zero rating!!)

Please see the attached letter that was both emailed and sent to the customer's physical address. We have attempted multiple times to make this right, with no communication back from the customer.

Per your approval, Story Basement Technologies installed 1" of HVLP Foam Insulation and Proper Vents on November 10th, 2021, *********. This project was bid for $3,850.00, and you sent us a deposit of $1,925.00 on July 28th, 2021.

Upon completion of the project, it was made known that you were unhappy with the way the project turned out and refused to pay the remaining balance owed of $1,925.00. Upon multiple attempts to reach you and make things right, we have not been given the permission to access your home to address any potential problems.

As your remaining balance is nearing 90 days past due, we are reaching out once more to give you the opportunity to allow us to address the issues that you have. We always stand by our work, and will do what we need to, to have our customers satisfied with the work we do.
