Drain systems, or areas where the Contractor has installed Water Trek, EZ Flow, and/or a drain tile system (a "Drainage System"): The Contractor warrants that if the drain tile fails, is defective, or if the product was not installed properly which causes water to pass onto the basement floor or under the vapor barrier of a crawlspace, the Contractor will provide the labor and materials to fix the leak(s) at no additional charge to the Customer for 5 years after the installation date. If water is found on the basement floor or under the vapor barrier of the crawlspace floor after the installation, the product was installed correctly and is functioning as it should (water is passing through the drain tile or the sump pump is pumping to capacity), and there is no evidence that the product is defective, then there is no warranty, as the system is functioning as installed.
