I was with Debbie Vazzana/Allstate Home Insurance from **** to 2014, not completely sure, but what a mistake. In 2013 or 2014, my apartment flooded so were the tenants below because I was taking a shower when the water got shut down by the rental office. Me thinking that I did turn the faucets off completely, what to my surprise when I came home and my apartment was all flooded so were the tenants below. I called Debbie Vazzana and her company, someone from their office came by (not completely sure), and her and her company refused to take responsibility. I had to pay over $300 for ***** and its Cleaning team to come dry off my apartment. Debbie and her company only sent me $70., which I have never had any claim done since being with her insurance. Because of that flood, Debbie concocted an idea that I was drunk, which I have never tasted a beer or any type of alcohol, being very disrespectful. She is no good, greatly disappointed thinking she was a nice person when I first contacted her about buying a home insurance. I was with another insurance company and I never experienced the treatment received from Debbie Vazzana. She also disrespected me when I included my significant other's name on my insurance rather she continued to address the **** statement in my name instead addressed it to my significant, which was inappropriate as were not married. Her response was that the way she and her company operates. I feel cheated by her company as I paid my monthly dues faithfully. Not happy with her nonchalant attitude and thinking that I am not American-borne and I have an accent does not know what my rights are, I think she may be prejudiced, this is my conclusion. Thanks!
