I bought some items on Tues, March 25th, 2025. They came to a total of $63.14, and my card was debited at 11:38 PM. Processing time is 7-10 business days. Last time I ordered from the company, my items took 3 weeks so I didnt expect them right away. After 3 weeks of not receiving the product, I reached out to them and was told it would be another 1 to 2 weeks. I reached out again, and was told on May 6th the items would ship that week. I received nothing, and followed up with them the following week. I have not heard from the company since.Initial Complaint

I ordered and paid for 9 t shirts on May ******. About 2 weeks after placing my order , I received an email to confirm that my shipping address was correct before they shipped my items. I sent a email stating that the shipping address was incorrect and gave them the correct address.Was told that I would receive a tracking number as well. I havent received my items and when I send them emails confirming my correct shipping address or to get an update on my order I keep receiving an automated message which confirms that my concerns arent being addressed. On 4/18/25 I placed an order for 5 T-shirts from Beacon Threads for a total of $35.52. Their website states that order processing takes 7-10 days. After three weeks I emailed Beacon Threads about my order because I hadnt received an update nor any tracking information. Beacon Threads did not respond to my email. I then emailed them again threatening to report them to the BBB and they finally responded saying that they were backlogged and that I would receive my order within one to two weeks. Three weeks then passed and I received no update so at that point I emailed them again asking for a refund because my order still had not shipped. They responded by saying my order would be shipped the next week. My order is now roughly two months old and I still have not received it nor has Beacon Threads refunded my money. I have emailed them an additional eight times and they have stopped responding to me. I believe they are trying to steal my money without actually sending my order. I have since read their reviews online and it seems that Beacon Threads has done the same thing to countless other innocent victims. Their website says that they do not refund money and their customer service is nearly nonexistent. To rub salt into the wound, Beacon Threads continues to send me advertisements via email and text message but wont respond to my emails seeking a refund.Initial Complaint

I put an order through April 23rd, 2025, for 2 t shirts. I contacted the company multiple times via email with them promising to get it out as soon as they could, but the last time was June 2nd, they said they would get the shipping team to send it out that week. That has not happened.
