      ****** Was placed on 2/8/25. For clothing merchandise. Money was paid and I never received my merchandise. After several emails and being promised to resolve the issue from being backed up with getting orders they contuined to advise yet I have not received any thing so I requested my money back. I filed several complaints through Shop yet they referred me back to the shop owner. I sent on Tic Tok to try to post up there and I noticed alot of other people were having the same issue.

      I ordered a ******** from this company back on 2/19/2025. The processing time was 7-10 days and then flat shipping. I waited a month before contacting them, I received no response. I have contacted them several times since then and the reply I received was Were still backed up from a huge sale we had. Please be patient, your shirt is coming. I asked for a refund and was denied and again told it was coming.

      I placed an order #****** on March 29, 2025 for 4 t-shirts that totaled $28.65. On April 11, I emailed the company because I had not received any shipping information. Later that ***, ******* and *****, responded to my email, was very apologetic, and assured me that they were behind on orders. I was told my items would ship within the 1-2 weeks. On May 9, 2025. I sent another email asking for an update on my order. On May 12, the company responded and they were apologetic again. There was a delay, and said they had followed up with shipping and the order would ship that week. On May 25, I sent another email that simply said I am still waiting on the items that I paid for on 3/29/25. No one has responded to that email. On June 18, 2025, I emailed, yet again. I said despite multiple follow-ups, and precious assurances that my items would soon ship, I still have not received my order. Three months have passed and I have made every effort to be patient and understanding, but this delay was unacceptable. I formally ask for a refund on my unfullfilled order. I explained that I would dispute the charge with my bank and report the issue to the appropriate consumer protection channels.

      I placed an order with Beacon Threads, LLC on March 7, 2025. Today is June 18, 2025 and I still have not received my order. The company told me on May 15th that the order would be shipped within the week.

      Placed order on March 2, 2025 Transaction total $20.04 Original purchase confirmation indicated that processing time is 7-10 business days.I emailed customer service on April 20, *********************************** shipping notice.On April 30, 2025, Beacon Threads emailed back saying they had a backlog due to holiday rush. They indicated order would be shipped within the next 1-2 weeks On May 25, 2025, I emailed again checking status because nothing had changed and suggested the order should just be refunded.On May 27, 2025, Beacon threads responded by email that they were following up with their shipping team to ensure the order would be shipped within 'this week'.On June 5, 2025, I emailed again as I had not received a shipping notice. I, again, requested a cancellation and refund. As of June 19, no response from Beacon.On June 12, 2025, I emailed to ask if a refund had been processed. As of June 19, no response from Beacon.On June 16, 2026, I emailed again asking to be provided an update. As of June 19, no response from Beacon. At this point, Beacon Threads is no longer responding to emails, nor have they provided product, nor have they cancelled and refunded.

      Paid for an order on April 10, 2025. After MULTIPLE attempts to contact the company, they stopped responding and blocked me. First two attempts they said it would be shipped within a week. Now they have wiped their website and no communications. No product and no refund.

      I placed an Order with Beacon Threads in April and over 2 months after, still no order. I have reached out several times asking for an update and was told it would be shipped within the week. 3 weeks later, it has not shipped and they wont return my emails. They also blocked me on social media so I cant contact them.

      Ordered products on April 26, 2025 in the amount totaling $127.27. Followed up on 5/7/25 for status of order and company responded on 5/8/25 stating they were back logged from holidays and to expect shipment and tracking in 1-2 weeks. I followed up again on 5/23/25 with another response on 5/23/25 that it will be shipped out the following week! After that time passed, I followed up on 6/5/25 requesting a refund with no response. Followed up again on 6/9/25 with no response. Followed up again on 6/18 with no response. They took my money.I just want my refund of $127.27.

      Feb 2025 I ordered $40.89 worth of merchandise and the company has yet to refund me since they never processed my order. I have several emails and every time I get an email stating I will receive my items in 1-2 weeks and its been 4 months.
