      I rented a car from Priceless, ***** location from 3/21/24 - 3/28/24. When I arrived I was told that my insurance policy was not accepted and I had to pay $210.00 or I would be shuttled back to the airport. I am a signal Mom of 2 kids who saved money to take them on a vacation. I felt backed into a corner and paid the $210. After returning from vacation, I called Priceless and was told by Priceless corporate that my insurance policy met the criteria and should not have been charged the $210. I have attempted to resolve this issue with Priceless, *****. I have sent several emails and called several times. No one is returning/responding to my emails. I spoke to a representative and expressed what I was looking for he put me on hold and never returned to the line. I hung up and called back several times and now they will not answer my call. I was wrongfully charged and am seeking a refund for $210.00. I have attached a copy of my insurance policy. Thank you for help with this matter.

      On 12/7/23, I reserved a rental car from Priceless Car Rental in ***** ******* through the Orbitz website. The reservation was from 4/26-4/30/24, and the total fees were to be $152.35, and a breakdown of fees was included. When I arrived, I was told I had to purchase a $40 a day fee for insurance, as they said they would not accept my insurance. So, I instead I was charged $257.35.I am asking for money back due to SAFETY concerns. When we were picked up on 4/26 to be transported to their off airport location, the driver was on his phone almost the entire 7 minute drive. He was scrolling social media at EVERY traffic stop, and sometimes contined with the scroll while putting the car back into motion. Additionally, he received a personal cell phone call and proceeded to talk for about two minutes about his dinner plans that evening. I did not take a picture, because I was concerned that this would anger him. I was alone in the shuttle with just my two children and this driver. I told the man behind the counter at Priceless that the driver was on his phone. This was ignored. The car that we were given had the tire sensor light on. When presented with the keys, the employee told me, "The tire sensor light is on, but there is nothing wrong with the car or the tires." Also, I noticed one bumper was popping out a bit. I asked him about it, and he said it was cosmetic. Stranded at an off airport location with my two children, I felt I had no choice but to take this car. Prior to leaving, I documented this by emailing the manager and expressed my concerns about the tire sensor and the driver who was on his cell phone during the shuttle drive. After a few minutes of driving the car, the front passenger airbag sign kept intermittenly flashing, saying "airbag OFF." The car also shook.On 5/1, the manager responded to my email by saying, "complaints about cars status should be done at the moment of pickup. I cannot give you further assistance."

      04/26/2024 $ ****** ( for insurance coverage) on a rent car. Even though, my insurance company cover rent cars. They have a sign in their office with different companies, accepting their insurance. My insurance company was on it, however, they declined it and charge me $ ****** extra for a coverage that I already have. Neither they mention the extra insurance that they are going to charge when you transition was done line.$79.96 For SunPass Ulimited that was never explain or give you a choice. Besides, I never used.

      I purchased a rental car with Priceless. I purchased the rental through a third party company. When I arrived at the rental company I was informed I needed ******* dollar liability or I had to purchase their insurance. My insurance company maxed out at ******* liability. In addition to this I was told I was REQUIRED to purchase it. I NEVER REQUESTED IT. upon receiving my receipt I noticed I was charged for 4 days of insurance even though I was only keeping the car for three days. I have been fighting this company for MONTHS about being frauded into purchasing insurance I otherwise never would have. I also was charged more for insurance than I should have been.

I followed all the instructions sent to me by Priceless. When I arrived in *********, ******, I called the number provided ***************) in the instructions for airport pickup and no one answered. I called 6 times and no one answered. I even texted the number. I even wrote to the automated line number *************) and there was no response. No one has called me back either so I had to rent another car last minute.Priceless owes me a refund of $210.61. Thanks,******

      I booked a rental car in *********, B.C. For today, April 26, 2024 to attend a wedding. When I called for the courtesy shuttle at the airport I was initially told that they couldnt find my reservation. Then I was told they found it but didnt have any vehicles. None. In the entire city of *********. Despite receiving texts from the rental agency saying they looked forward to seeing me. He said there was nothing he could do about it. I paid for it ahead of time along with flights. I had to go rent at **** at a higher amount.

      We arrived at Priceless Rental company to pick up our rental, at the counter we were told our insurance coverage was insufficient and that they required up to $500,000 in liability. They gave us an option to either pay $40 per day to cover the insurance gap or cancel to receive a refund. We chose to receive a refund because we've never heard of such a policy. This occurred on 20 March 2024 and to date still have not received a refund. We have a print out from the company that states we should receive a refund for this rental that we did not use.

      Using HDC car rental through discovercars.com turned at their "priceless" location in ***** was a complete scam. We bought insurance through discovercar.com, but when arriving was told that since our personal progressive policy did not have ******* coverage for all categories, we would not be able to rent a car. They said that we could leave or upgrade our insurance, but we had to upgrade our insurance a month ago. Our flight had gotten in late, and we were falsely misled to believe this was an onsite airport car rental location. We took a shuttle ******************************************************************************* *****. I asked to decline their coverage, and use our own, but they would not allow this and said the other option was to pay 45 dollars per day for their insurance, and I was forced to accept this as it was already so late at night and we did not want to go back to the airport. This is unlike any other car rental facility we have ever used before. The manager of the location was extraordinarily rude, unclear and ill-informed. Then, when we decided to pay for the insurance, we had to wait almost an hour for the front desk clerk to put in the information to give us the rental car. We did not understand what was taking so long. When we got the car, and once we were on the highway on our way 1.5 hours South to my parents house, we noticed that the car shake above 65 miles per hour and that there are three cracks/chips in the windshield. The inside was also very dirty. Once looking up reviews we noticed every person was charged a different amount for their forced coverage, and many people reported issues of broken down cars. This location is illegitimate, sketchy and a scam. Reviews also mentioned many extra charges after dropping off the car, which we are afraid of, although we will be returning the car as we received it.

      I reserved a rental car with Nextcar through Expedia. I paid Expedia 107 and was told I would owe 35 at pickup. My flight was cancelled and I called nextcar to notify them that I would be picking up the car the following day. The person on the phone said that was fine and entered it into the system. The following day when picking up the car I was told I owned 256. It was 4:00pm and I was with my infant daughter on their remote car lot and provided my card for the charge because I felt I didnt have other options. This business should not offer prices on Expedia that they do not honor.

      I rented a vehicle on March 29th for the dates of April 6-8, 2024 from Next Car Rental ******************************************* *****. I received a confirmation via Priceline/Next Car Rental and the car was paid in full prior to arrival.On April 5 at 5:43 PM EST, I received a text that the car that I rented was no longer available and no additional resolution was provided. After several attempts to get someone on the phone live, the agent informed me that there were no cars available and that I should call Priceline to cancel for a refund. I explained to them that this was less than 24 hrs prior to my arrival and that not having transportation was not an option. The rep then 'found' another available car and stated that I would need to pay an additional $220 for the car as it was an upgrade. I explained to him that this error was on their end and after going back several times, he said that he would call around to see if there was another car available in the class that I rented. After a few hours the rep called back and 'found' a car that would be available on April 6. When I arrived at the offsite location for Next Car, there were no signs that indicated this was a car rental agency operating under the name Next Car. When checking in, the owner requested that they 'CHARGE', not put a hold, but Charge your credit card for a deposit of $300. This was not disclosed on any paperwork. When I asked the agent about the policy, his comment was, 'You do not have to rent the car.'I took video and phone records of the rental car before I took ownership and when I returned. On the return date, I received a text message stating that I would receive the deposit in 3-5 days and provided the card on file to credit the charge.I reached out April 16th, 17th, and 18th and asking about status on the refund. Each time I receive the same response, 'I will reach out to accounting and provide you with an update.' To date, I have not received a response or refund.
