      Per the instructions on the reservation we called the number to request a shuttle. We called over a dozen times and each time we were purposefully disconnected after the call connected. The one time it rolled to voicemail we attempted to leave a message and the inbox was full. After ************************* 90 degree Florida heat we finally got through and a rude agent told us they run every 15 minutes. Ten minutes later one showed up. When we got to the desk the agent said we had to purchase their insurance. I said I have my own. He said the deposit he would have to charge then was not $200 but $2500. I said fine if I would get it back on the card, and he asked for proof of insurance. When I provided my Nationwide card which he said they accepted his tune changed and he then wanted to see the declarations page of my policy. Who carries that with them? I have never been asked for that in 40 years of renting cars from other companies. I tried to get on the Nationwide app but with the global outages their website was down. Rather than stand out in the heat again or try to get a taxi to another car rental I caved to their extortion and it wound up costing more than if I had rented from one of the brand names at the airport. No way to build a customer base. I am requesting a refund of the added fees for the insurance i should not have had to purchase if the global internet outages had not occured

      Had a horrible experience that it was very deceptive with Priceless rental car near the *************. The advertise that their location is at the airport when its not, you have to take a shuttle to their location. On 9 July 2024, I arrive in ******* for military duties and I reserved a rental car (Priceless Rental)through third party (economy Booking) for ***** Jul 2024 economy Booking Confirmation #B15138596. I declined the insurance coverage because I already have full coverage through my *************** The Gentleman at the desk told me that since my liability limit needed to have the exact liability as their insurance. I asked to the change my rental days and he said, No I had to rent the full week and he was going to charge me an extra $30.00 a day for six days. I would have to pay in full at that moment. When I questioned why do I need insurance then got irritated with me saying either pay it in full now or cancel the reservation. He said, I could get a full refund. When I contacted the provided phone number, I spoke with a representative she informed me that a refund would not be issued. I would need to pay the additional $180.00 for insurance. I explained that I have consistently relied on my personal insurance coverage for rentals for the last 25 years and have not encountered a requirement to purchase rental insurance. She stating, "We will not issue a refund. You must either pay the fee or forfeit your reservation.I would consider it a satisfying resolution if I were reimbursed back my $160.38. I was very disappointment with the service that I received from priceless rental at *************.

      made reservations for a car rental to pick up July 14th through Priceline.com. Upon arrival, the cashier requested my declaration page from my car insurance company and then stated they dont accept my insurance because it doesn't cover commercial vehicles. Then stated there would be an additional charge to purchase insurance they offer for $25/a day with a security deposit of $1,000. More than 8 customers were in line with the same issue on their reservations. When I requested to cancel or to get my money back, the cashier stated I had to call their customer service number because it was non-refundable.

      I rented an economy vehicle originally reserving it for $128.18 including taxes and fees at Priceless Rentals at ************************************* through priceline. When arriving at the desk to secure the vehicle, we were told there was a mandatory Toll fee that I needed to pay of $200.00 and in addition I needed to let them hold $2000 on my credit card . I declined to pay the toll fee and was told it was mandatory per their company policy. I showed the man the price I was quoted and how this was extremely dishonest behavior. I said I was not planning on driving on toll roads. They still billed me the $200 extra . I would like a refund of the Toll fee as this was not in the original contract. It was falsely advertised on a poster in the pick up office for $59 for an unlimited Sunpass. This is a very shady company with multiple customers outraged in the office.

      om it may concern, I had the rental for less than 24hrs when I noticed the front windshield was cracked. I received the car on 7/10/24. The more I started driving the car the more the crack began to extend. I attempted to call the ***** location multiple times around 8:30am-10am and was on the phone for over 45 minutes stating I called the ***** location then to no one answering. To which I had given up calling in the morning due to the possibility the office mightve been busy. I then called around 2:30 pm and was able to connect to a supervisor who told me to bring the car in so I would be able to exchange the car OR gave me the option to continue driving the car until the end of my trip (7/17/24). I decided to bring the car into the location so that an employee could inspect and document the vehicle. Once I was at the location, The front desk agent went to look at the photos he took before I drove off the lot. He proceeded to inform me the crack isnt on his photos. I continued to express that the crack would not show as it started to spread when I began driving the car.I took the same photos. In multiple angles and it is not visible to where the crack begins. The main point of the crack is under the wiper blade. The original photos are not details and the employee did not take well photos of the windshield to where you see the start of the damage. In my attachments I have included photos where the start of the damage is under the windshield blade and how the crack is spreading from the bottom and the top. The care appears as it has been in an accident prior to me driving it. The front bumper is loose, the hood has dents, the steering wheel is wasting, and the top section where the lights are is stained. This car was beaten up to begin.This car also has expired plates in which I recently noticed. 3/2024

      Oct 2023 at *********** in *********, **. Problem was that there was dent on windshield Glass and they charge lots of money and i has insurance as well from ************ But they did not provide me any information from their end such as damage estimate , incident report, etc therefore, my ***************** who is *** couldn't do much about it. They also have try to contact on behalf of myself still no luck.

      Vehicle undrivable due to expired registration. No one is answering the phone at the company to speak with anyone, we've called every phone number provided and no one is answering. Rented the vehicle and we cannot drive it.

      I booked a vacation thru Priceline which included a Priceless car rental July 3, 2024. After searching for the kiosk, I realized the car rental place was off property. After waiting in the heat and the rain, the van finally showed up - 20/30 min later. It was a hauled in a speeding van to this shady place. When I walked in, another man said "good luck" and explained that they had insurance requirements he did not meet. Someone finally walked up to the counter and told me I was late. So sorry - no car because I did not arrive time, and Priceless charged $73.09 anyway, and told me to call Priceline (gave me the wrong number). Back into the van, and to the airport to hopefully find another car.Thank goodness there were several, but of course they were not in the package deal I purchased, so several hundred dollars later, we were off. So many hours later,

      Booked through ******** my boyfriends card was charged $291. I then owed $127 as the total was $418. However in total I was charged $642 plus an additional charge of $56. All while my boyfriend has still been charged $291. Thats $995 for a $418 car. I Have attempted to resolve being overcharged by over nearly $600 multiple times! They charged me for two additional days. Car picked up 5/23/34. Returned 5/28/24 at 4am. was back in my hometown 5/28/24 by 5pm. They put car returned 5/30/24 and charged me two additional days. When I called them, I was told to then email them a copy of my plane ticket, which I did to the emailed address: **************************************** Since then I have received no response and no assistance. I have reached out and been unhung up on, told issue is being worked out and to call back, just to call back on the suggested day and no one answers!No response from email, literally nothing.I have called the 800 the owner uses to respond in the reviews to handle disputes however Im then just told I have to contact the local San **** office as they do not assist their customers. In which they blindly transfer the call and Im back where I started.Being scammed on vacation and by your rental car company has by far been the worse experience.Editing to add I was told some of the additional charge was for ********* however at the time of booking through ******** ********* was paid for!!

      -Date of transaction 1/16/24, in the amount of $******. I rented a car from Priceless Car Rental on 1/11/24. When picking up the car with my two children (7 and 11) to get to a hockey tournament. I was told the only car they had available for me to rent was a car that smelled like smoke. I asked if another car was available. They were unable to provide my family with another vehicle, so I took what they had so that we could get to the hockey tournament. After dropping the car off 1/16/23. Returned home and noticed a charge on my account credit card for ******. Despite making multiple phone calls and emails with no return call or email. Finally, weeks later, spoke with attendant and they said the charge was for a smoking fee. I DO NOT SMOKE. Then sent me a receipt saying I signed and approved the charge which is not true and fraudulent. Received email on 4/24 from Priceless Car rental saying this was an inappropriate charge and they apologize, and was told they are unable to reimburse me the amount but will need to have my credit card company credit my account. Since then, I have had no reimbursement. Again, after multiple emails and phone calls, was sent a false picture (not even certain the picture they sent was the car I drove) of ashes on the dashboard stating they cannot reimburse me because the car was dirty and there were ashes on the dashboard. I am not a smoker (I am a marathon runner and nurse practitioner) and my children and I cleaned the car prior to drop off. Of note: multiple customers very upset and being charged inappropriately when I arrived at the ***** location. I am concerned that I am not the only person that this has affected with this rental company. Other customers will be affected by inappropriate charges and fraudulent signatures, which is morally wrong. The amount of $623.98 is a lot of money to be taken away from a family of 6, especially with the rise of inflation and the cost of living. I am not sure the best way to proceed.
