  My garbage disposal for my kitchen sink was not working, so we called Len The Plumber. The technician said the garbage disposal needed to be replaced and the drains needed to be cleaned. He quoted me an astronomical price of $1200. When we asked him for a breakdown of the $1200, he got annoyed and defensive. This price seemed way too expensive, so I told him we would get back to him. I called a local handyman and he fixed my garbage disposal in about 10 minutes. He said the disposal was just clogged and did not need to be replaced. He charged me only $100. According to reviews I have seen on other websites, Len The Plumber seems to way overcharge their customers. For those in need of a plumber, they should definitely avoid this company. Even if it's an emergency, I wouldn't recommend them. Very sketchy business practices!

  They came for a water heater replacement. Tech tried to tell me switching from tank to tankless would cost $25,000. I asked for a quote anyway. He gave me a quote for tanks only, never giving me a quote for tankless. When I called and asked for an itemized quote (so I know what the tank water heater costs) Kraig R******* informed me “they don’t do that” and I should think of it as an ****** cart (****** actually gives you an itemized price breakdown in the cart). This is a scam. I feel for anyone using their services, thankfully he never charged me the $49.99. I guess in the end I win. Signed - Going tankless for pennies on the dollar.

  I need to speak to someone in corporate regarding work a Ken The Plumber tech did at my house installing a dishwasher.
  I called for help with putting in a drain line on back of dishwasher.
  Not an emergency. They said they weren’t charging me an emergency rate.
  They didn’t show up the day they were supposed to, so they came on a Saturday.
  Said they waived a fee for coming. They charged me $357 to put this drain hose on?!! High way robbery!! Who can afford that?
  Wasn’t even there an hour. They put the dishwasher back in and didn’t level it so it makes a cracking noise every time I open & close the door.
  I spoke with a women named Kathy. She said she would refund me $60 but never did. She is now avoiding my calls.
  What kind of company is this?? You cannot talk to anyone if you have had any problems.
  I own a business & this is considered bad business practice.
  Please advise what my next steps should be to speak with someone about this issue?? Please?? I have never encountered any company that literally hangs up on you when you call with a complaint.
  How are they still in business???
  Be aware! Beware!! They shouldn’t be called for help even as a last resort!!

  Inflated quote. I had a leak under the kitchen sink and the plumber sent from Len the Plumber quoted me $2,100. When I seemed skeptical of the price he immediately dropped it to $1,600. Gave me some vague explanation of what was involved in the work. I'm a landlord and was not on sight to see what he was referring to. I did not have him do the job, but still had to pay him $50 for the service call. I called another local plumber who fixed the problem for $300. Will never call Len the Plumber again, they have lost my business based on the shameful business practices (read thievery) they employ.

  Had a garbage disposal and water mixer valve replaced by Len The Plumber. I researched the parts prior to calling them and knew the parts plus tax was under $300.00. So what would be the installation charges? Well to my dismay the total for parts and labor came to $1997.00. So I was charged $1600.00 for labor! This is a bit excessive and there seems to not be any transparency in there quotes or invoicing. I’m accustomed to an itemized quote and bill that shows all cost for parts and labor, however I’m seeing that this is a common practice amongst businesses. I have no clue how they came to such an inflated rate for labor which seems I was billed $400.00 per hour for labor, when the technician arrived around 11am had to leave to get the parts came back a little after 12pm and was finished just before 2pm. I’ll admit the technician was polite, professional and knowledgeable to say the least but that company has to provide more transparency and homeowners need to research more and ask questions.

  I M giving LEN THE PLUMMER .poor review. They sent me a Plummer in my house on11/3/2023 . The guy name was Brandon. Never fixed the problem. Told me he can fix it on his time . Cheaper than what they charged me. I call and called . To them what happened. They were to refund my $274. Back never did . Then someone told me the refund was issued on 11/06 /2023 . Never received it. When the told me I was getting my money back it 11/15/2023 . Sooo where is my refund. This company is the worst I ever dealt with. Please don’t ever use them . Poor service. Bad communication with them .

  Len the plumber took advantage of my elderly mother in law to the tune of $18,500 to fix a leak in her garage. They then pressured her to use their financing to pay with a %29 interest. NEVER EVER will we call them again. We had someone come over to look at the work and was told they used about $200 in parts total, and it's still leaking!!!!

  Sorry, but this review is long overdue because of a surgery I had following the work performed by your company. I always use Len the Plumber based on excellent workman, honesty, fair pricing and integrity shown by your techs. Mr J****** is a perfect example of what I mean. He is truly an asset to your company and because of men and women like him who are employed by your company, I will continue to use and recommend Len the Plumber to anyone who needs such services.   Our heater was bare and had no oil. When we filled the tank with oil, the heater wouldn't start. We called Len the Plumber. They came out same day. When they looked at the heater they stated that our heater couldn't be bled which we recommended. They quoted us at $3000 to fix our heater. We told them we will get another opinion. They still charged us to look at the heater. Few days later, we told our family friend who looked at the heater. Immediately he bled the heater and now the heater works like new. I try to understand why this company wanted us to pay them $3000 for a service that takes 5 minutes to do and also which they told us couldn't be done but was! We have the quote still that was emailed to us and will never ever call this company for anything again.

  True; it was a late afternoon emergency call. But, the technician borrowed MY ladder, fixed the problem with an application of PVC glue and wanted over $680! When I asked for a breakdown of parts and labor, he said they don't break it down like that. When I told him this was the first AND LAST time I would use Len the Plumber, he dropped the cost by $200! Still outrageous.
