1 starI reached out to Len the Plumber on April 3, 2024, regarding a leak in my outdoor water system. They mentioned a $49 service fee, which would be waived if any work was required. However, when the technician arrived, they couldn't identify the problem or explain the cause of the leak. Despite no work being done, I was charged $263. When I questioned the technician about the increased fee, they mentioned a "diagnostic fee." I wasn’t told about a diagnostic fee over the phone. If had known about the diagnostic fee, I would not have hired this company. I have been trying to contact the company since Wednesday to resolve this matter, but have been facing challenges in obtaining a satisfactory response. I’ve been told that service manager Brian Livingston would be contacting me to resolve the issue but he has yet to call me.

1 starHORRIBLE, stay as far away as possible. Does not return calls, rips you off, and makes you think you need repairs you don't. They should be shut down! They are the worse of the worse! I can't stress enough, STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Review fromJames F

1 starAs a result of a large water bill I received from my water provider ****, I had a plumber from Len the Plumber come out on 3/8/2024 to do a thorough assessment of my internal /external plumbing to determine if I had any leaks or other issues. The plumber found no plumbing issues or leaks anywhere. I was promised a report to provide **** in dispute of my bill. I never received a report. In the meantime, during the inspection the plumber noticed several small rust spots on the top of my water heater. He then proceeded to tell me that my water heater tank was 1/3 rd filled with sediment. As the water heater is not “see through” I had no way of confirming his claim. My home and water heater are only 14 years old and I had not been having any issues with it. I believe Len the Plumber used this opportunity to take advantage of a retired senior citizen on a fixed income to sell me a $4k water heater unnecessarily.Review fromMark C

1 starAbout August 21,2023 I had a sewer clog that resulted in the need to have my main sewer pipe outside the house changed. In all my spent $11,285.00 with Len The Plumber . After the work was done they told me to wait about two weeks to replace the concrete slabs and a step that they crushed in order to do the work. I paid $1,200 to replace the concrete and the step. Four months later the step collapsed, one the slab sunk and another had a large hole with water underneath. I reached out to them with pictures and explained what happened. I was told to refer to my contact, they are not responsible for concrete work. I explained that I already paid $1,200 to have the concrete replaced. Until today they have been avoiding my call. I will never recommend this company and wished I saw all the bad reviews before I hired them.Review fromAndy T

1 starLen the plumber is charging about 3 times what other plumbers charge for similar services. They don't charge by the hour, but rather using a list of services. Their $49 fee for a service call is just bait and switch and totally disconnected from what they will ultimately charge. Please don't patronize this kind of business when there are plenty of much more honest ones that you could hire instead.Review fromCarol A

1 starAbsolute worst customer service around. Rude employees. Manager , will not mention her name said she will call back. Never heard from her. Charges made to my 89 year mother’s credit card without authorization before and after service plan was canceled. Total rip off. Please beware when dealing with them.Review fromesta e

1 starI had the water feed line replaced to my house. A hole was dug in my yard..
The work has been inspected and passed by the county a week ago. I’ve contacted Len the Plumber five times by phone to get the hole back filled.
I’ve been told five times now that it would be taken care of and no one calls or shows up to fill the hole. Pretty bad follow up. Still waiting.Review fromThomas B

1 starI have a cracked bathroom porcelain pedestal sink that needs to be replaced. So, I called Len the plumber to do the job and for them to come out was 49 dollars. Well once I showed what I had and asked how to replace it with a vanity and sink, the price was $1800 The vanity was 852.00 by it self and the two valves was $445. I wasn’t asking them to build the vanity it was already purchased and setting within 10 ‘ from its new home as to the sink. As I listened to the tech I was offered his price of $500 as to return and do the job himself. Len the plumber received $49 in 10 min for walking in my house. WOW. What a ripoffReview fromJames S

5 starsChris B***** is the best! Len the Plumber sent Chris to my home to fix a problem with the shower fixtures in my bathroom. Chris arrived on time and did an excellent job repairing the fixture issue. He was very professional accommodating and efficient. I will use the company again if needed because of the job that Chris did for me. Just terrific!.
