      They came to fix a kitchen drain. They used the snake to clear the drain which they pushed down in the main drain which clogged the entire drainage in our house. When we flushed the toilet upstairs the water would back up in the second floor tub, the basement bathroom sink was also back up, the toilet on the second floor was also back up. This was not obvious until after they had left, about an hour later. When we discovered this inconvenience we called Len the Plumber right away asking if the Tech could just come back and run the snake right through the drain the proper way. We were treated very rudely by each person who answered the phone. Here we were in a house with all the drains completely blocked and they kept telling us that a Manager would called us back. We kept calling until we were finally told that the Manager’s usually called within 24 to 48 hours, we were even told by one of the telephone operators that “we are humans and everyone make mistakes”. No one would help us. We kept calling as we did not know what to do finally someone told me they would come out the next morning between 8am and 12 noon. Remember we had already paid them $740.00 for the kitchen drain job. The next morning the same Tech came back and he too refused to help us. He kept arguing with us and suggested that it was what he referred to as “the next day problem”. We asked if he could just snake the drain again and finish the job the proper way he refused. He told us everything he wanted us to hear, even suggesting that it was in the grounds. He then told us it would be another $940 to fix the problem. We refused and kindly asked him to leave. This incident occurred on a Tuesday and we did not get a call from a Manager until the Thursday morning. We are requesting our money back or even half of it as they did not finish the work. We are asking BBB to investigate this company and help us get our back. Do not use this company, they do not care about their customers.

      They came to fix a kitchen drain and were so aggressive on the snaking that they broke the pipe and created a leak in my basement. Was made to pay $400+ which I will seek to get returned as I am now out another $800 without the work needed on the flood in the basement. Awful!

      Technician arrived and said it was 353.00 just to walk in the door to diagnose the problem. Mice had chewed through lines running to the dishwasher. They charged my 82 year old father 1,293.00 in addition to the 353.00 to replace an isolation valve and a new supply line. Work took about 1 hour. This is absurd! Thanks for the 80.00 “coupon”. I am appalled that they would take advantage of an older person in this way.
      Do not use this company unless you want to pay three to four times what it should cost!

      I scheduled an appointment with Len the Plumber. I was given a date and time the service person would be there. I came from Deleware to Harford Co Marylanf because they needed ghe owner here. They called 10 minutes after the appointment time to cancel and said they could not be here for possibly 2 days. Unable to give a firm new appointment.

      This place does excellent work....when they show up. Had two appointments with three hour windows. At or near the time ending, they called to say there were too many emergency calls so they could not come to my house. Guess it's just too bad when your toilet is turned off because it is flooding the floor.

      If I could give a 0 I would. My mom has them come out to put camera in pipe to see what was clogging toilet up. Camera showed roots. 600.00. That was fine. Estimate to put new pvc 10 ft pipe in $4500. Again was okay but they offer financing. So attempted to get some ball park range on monthly payments. Not one person there could tell me what do do how to find out. Now the good part..while trying to find this information out I received yesterday 3 calls to set the appointment up for work. Each time I said waiting to see about what monthly financing would be. Still nothing. Last night after looking at reviews I decided to go else where. So I called and told them. Staring at 9am this morning I receive a call from a tech to set up time for work. I said we are not using you. Then I get a call from Michelle 30 minutes later asking if we can set up the time tech is ready to come out. I said I spoke to you last night and said clearly we have gone with someone else. She said well your mom has called 3 times asking to set it up. I said that was a flat out lie. I know for a fact that she has not called. I have never in my life had someone lie saying my mom called trying to get someone to set up a time. She said nothing and then said have a good day. PLEASE LOOK AT REVIEWS BEFORE SIGNING OR PAYING FOR ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE THEIVES AND SNEAKS. OMG IVE NEVER DEALT WITH ANY COMPANY THAT DOES THIA

      I discovered a slow leak coming from my ceiling on 11/22/22. It was directly under my bathroom. I called Len the Plumber because it was the first company I could locate that had same day service. A techinician came out, he was friendly and respectful. After inspecting my toilet, he said the intake tube in the back of my toilet seemed to have a leak that was coming through my ceiling.
      He told me the repair would be $579 but that he could offer me a coupon of $80. At that point I should have said NO but I went ahead because Thanksgiving was coming and I had to leave town the next day. The tech said he didn't have the right size tubing so he had to go to the **********. I didn't keep track of how much time this took, but the actual repair took about 45 minutes.
      He installed the tubing and showed me that there was a new valve.
      That night I called my brother in law to describe the repair and cost and he said that the charge was exorbitant. My receipt was not itemized, so I called the office to request an itemized bill.
      After waiting several days and making another phone call, I got an e-mail saying that they do not give itemized bills. This is not good customer service. I just wanted an explanation of the labor cost/parts and any extra charge for same day service. As a 70 year old woman who lives alone, I feel that I have been taken advantage of. I will never use the company again and I will never recommend to others.
