      These company is very bad and is making buy tokens and paying monthly payments I am spending too much money on a interest bill and I need them to stop to sending me bills. Want to change me for equipment which I send back. It dont work and make me buy tokens be for the month is up

      I was lied to by the salesman. Lied about price, speed and reliability. When I contacted them I was told the salesman was with a 3rd party company. How is that my problem? They hired the company. I suggested the review the recorded conversation and they totally ignored me.Lousy company, service, and product.

      I CANCELED then almost 2 months ago and they haven't refunded my final payment to them which they said they would. Had to call again and then it was I had to wait 45 days for a paper check and all this time they still had my last payment of $175.67 to use. My best advice is go with any company that just charges a flat rate for internet service, I'll never recomend them to anyone ever again.

      Hughes Net is telling me that the reason I have no internet connection HERE IN ************ ***** is that its snowing in *******?? I have been with them for 16 years and have never in my life heard such a blatant lie!!! This is unacceptable and i cant get any help whatsoever!! This makes no sense at all on the 16 years Ive been with Hughes Net I have never had this problem?? Tired of the c*** they tell their customers!!

      This is a terrible company with very poor Internet service and even worse customer service. I filed a complaint with BBB about the early termination fee and Hughes responded to them saying I would not be charged the early termination fee. However when my service terminated on 1/31 I was in fact charged a $370 early termination fee. I highly recommend exhausting any and all Internet providers that are available to you before choosing Hughesnet, you will be disappointed.

      On 9/14/2024 A Hughesnet Technician while installing a new internet system drilled a ~1/2 hole through a brand new interior bedroom floor 18 from wall. We tried to have them fix this and they sent us to their insurance company **************. ************** rejected the request to have them pay for damages. So we are getting the run around. Watch out having Hughesnet for your internet provider.

      I ordered internet service online November 6th-10th 2024. She stated that I will be charged around $400 for termination fees. And told me to return all their stuff or I'll be charged up to $550. I told her I wasn't told about a termination fee or contract I went to the Hughes website pull up the Legal information and tried looking at the fees for termination but all the information i found i couldn’t access it and that was for the cancellation fee and i had to absolutely dig for the information through three to four links to get to it and then the link for it doesn’t work. And for contract it was not informed no where in when i was paying for my services. And was not found until I went cancel my service and it was found in one of the emails clear at the bottom in tiny print not included in my billing/account info. Since I wasn’t clearly informed I don’t think I should have to pay the cancellation fee.

      This service is HORRIBLE ! I pay my bill then they auto the next months bill ! I am SUPPOSED to be on invoice billing. Two times so canceled my debit card ! Calls to customer service do NO GOOD ! They make false promises that are a LIE in a month. No matter HOW MUCH DATA I have, I run out of data in 2 weeks ! They are HORRIBLE !!!! Stuck for 6 more months but after 4!years, I give UP !!!

      Internet access never lasted more than a day after technician left. **************** **** are offshore and rude. Save yourself regret and use any service but Hughesnet.
