      I contacted Paramount in May-June 2023 as they had been the provider for biweekly upkeep of the condo I lived in and thought they would be best to address the issues a tenant had described regarding roaches. The tenant ultimately did not reach out to schedule and when I visited my unit it was clear there was a full blown infestation. Initially Al, the project manager was very responsive and helpful in communicating with my tenant and I was confident when I returned I wouldn't have the same issue.
      When I returned in September 2023, I found a few live roaches and called Paramount to have someone come back out. It took a while to get ahold of Al or someone else on the account. They had strangely set up an individual account as it appeared Al and other personnel at the office had no idea there was an existing contract with the condo building itself. The condo had a payment issue which caused some of the delay, which is not Paramount's fault, but it took several phone calls over a few days to get in touch and I was very concerned I had another infestation on hand.
      Al came out to view the units, there was more confusion as he did not seem to know the biweekly spraying upkeep; understand they're different contracts but it was odd to me nonetheless and caused additional confusion with condo owners.
      Some unit owners had rodent issues and I asked for a price breakdown between rodent and roach for the full sweep, Al insisted he could do it and now we are at two weeks and four email exchanges with no price breakdown. Additionally, and this is the bigger issue, the initial spraying caused permanent staining to my cabinets and I have heard no response in rectifying this. I am cautious to recommend everyone in my building get Paramount roach and rodent treatment if it will permanently damage their cabinets. The lack of follow up is very concerning and I've been overall quite underwhelmed and upset with their communication and procedures. Would not recommend.

      ***** ************* was the Pest control company i had. They Closed and turned it over to Home Paramount Pest Control.
      The last time they come I got a automated call around 6:00 telling me when they are coming. Cant call the office at 6:00pm they are closed. Dont matter if i like the appointment or not they will come. He came and my wife called and told me he was here. I came home and all he did was put out some pellets around the house and he was fixing to leave and charge me for a full service outside. A full service out side for me was to treat for aunts outside in the yard. Wipe down the house on the outside. ( Get bee nest down, spider webs down from the side of the house. He did not do it.)
      I had to tell him to go under the house and put pellets down. He put some at the door under the house didnot go all the way under the house and put out pellets. Then i told hime to come in the house and spray he put a little in some of the rooms around the heat and air vents did not spray around the walls like it was done before. Then he left.
      I have spider webs all around the outside of house and see big bugs and spider in the house.
      I called them and wanted someone to tell me what kind of plan i have. She said she would get someone to call me back. He called me back in about a couple weeks or more. He did not tell me what my plan was. He set a date up to come and spray for free i said ok when yall come i will pay you. He set a date 8/29/2023 between 3:00pm to 4:00pm they didnot show up. I called and she said because i had not paid the $225 dollars that they would not come. I told her i was not paying until they come do what they are suppost to do. I am disappointed and dissatisfied with this kind of service. I got a bill. They said they was going to turn me over to a collection agency.

      I always considered Home Paramount a trusted company and have used the through the years, but with this last episode, they won’t get any ore if my business. I signed a termite agreement that had a 3 day cancellation policy. Within 30 minutes of signing the agreement and after the inspector had left , the technician showed up and started installing the traps. The next morning I decided to use my three day cancel the agreement and wanted them to get the traps. They informed e that the product had been installed and the funds wouldn’t be returned. I feel that they have created a system where the tech follows the salesman, hides in the wings and cows out after the service writer informs him to go in. This way the install can be sooner than the three day cancellation will allow. I’ve put in various calls over the last seven days and no one will call me back. Not even the regional managers. I feel this type of business model is a crappy way to sleeze money from customers. I only put one star because I had to.

      I have termite stations in the ground around my house. I came home 08/04 to no paper/contact notice that an inspector would be here. I received an email advising of the visit which is fine, However an inspector was here for 11 minutes to inspect 16 stations. As I was weeding my front flower garden today 08/08 and to my surprise 5 of the stations were still under dirt and mulch. They were not inspected at all. I called the office and was told they would be back tomorrow to reinspect the stations. Please reinterate to your field staff how important and costly this is when they don't perform their duties.

      I have used Home Paramount Pest Control for years for my termite bating stations. In the last five years, they have never called to schedule the annual inspection. Of course, you must pay upfront and they have no problem sending you a bill. But there is absolutely no follow up. If you don't call, you won't get service. In the last three years after I called to schedule the inspection, there have been problems with the company representative coming out as scheduled, if at all. This year after I paid my bill for the inspection in March 2023, I called in June to schedule the inspection. It was set up, but no one showed up or called to say they were not coming. I called in July 2023 to reschedule. A person from the company came to my house and did not have enough sense to ring the doorbell. My doorbell camera chimed and I went to the door and the person had left. I called the company and they seemed not to care at all. They have not bothered to reschedule. BEWARE AND STAY AWAY FROM HOME PARAMOUNT. Service and quality control is lacking.

      We utilized their services for the first time today in Gastonia, NC. If you have pets please avoid this service at all costs. The tech advised he had been up all night long attending a concert in Atlanta, GA. He could not tell me how long I needed to prevent my cats to post treats exposure. I explained cat behavior and asked him to please avoid gel baits on counter tops. I stepped away for seconds only to come back in the kitchen and find him applying gel baits along counter tops. I had to ask him to remove them, which he acknowledged was incorrect application. He heavily aerosol sprayed our 800 sq ft home. Even with 95 degree weather and relative low humidity our floors were still wet with spray 6 hours later. There are literal puddles everywhere. The pesticide is so noxious is still causing us to have headaches. I feel horrible exposing my pets to this. We are promptly returning to ********. They place bait in areas pets can’t reach and we never encountered headaches, sore throats and puddles of pesticide hours later. I only hope I haven’t exposed my innocent pets to toxins.

      Paramount Pest Control are liars and charlatans. They attempt to take advantage of their customers by pretending to find "problems" and "infestations" while there is no such issues. I had this verified separately by two other companies. Never use them and I hope someone that actually falls for their lies sues them.

      Oh wow, I see other customers have experienced the same thing I experienced. They are truly unprofessional (specifically the Hamilton Branch), lazy, unethical, and more. I do not know even this type of company is even able to exist in the United States, ripping off people promising to do work that they are unable to perform. My contact with them was for bat removal from the attic, attic insulation replacement, and sealing the attic to avoid bats from entering back to the attic. When they replaced the insulation, the dust covered the entire house (that I could barely see inside my house (apparently, they noticed the hose was leaking and they did not do anything about it). I had to replace my curtains and throw away my comforters since they did not cover/protect any of my stuff. They said they sealed everything in my attic. But sadly that was a false statement since I continued to see bat droppings similar to what I saw prior to Home Paramount's alleged work, which cost me a lot of money. What a ripoff! For two years, I have been telling them about the issue. They canceled my appointments multiple times without notifying me (they just didn't show up), and a couple of times they came with a 30' ladder that could not reach the area they needed to inspect (claiming the 40' ladder at their office was broken and it would take a while before the office gets one), so their visit was waste of their and my time, and finally they start questioning about the contract telling me it was another Home Paramount (Fairfax branch) that did the work and the Hamilton branch cannot help. All along though, it was the Hamilton Branch attempting to send people to my property, although they sent either incompetent people or the manager at the branch is incompetent. Their HQ is not helping despite the multiple times I complained about the issue. Now, I decided that the least I can do is to warn others to please stay away from this business.

      please do not use this pest control company they are very unprofessional dishonest and lazy they will charge you for services but never complete them. Whenever you call to request that service has not been completed, they will give you the run around by hanging up on you promising to research your complaint but will not call you back. After you keep calling, they will cancel your service and give the reason for cancellation is that you are a bad customer. Only because you wanted them to do your pest control. This company has a culture of rude people, and this starts from the top. I spoke with area manager Bobby he was very unprofessional and dishonest. then I called the human resources department they were the same way they pretended to look into complaint and said they would call back and they never did. Beware they will come and setup pest service and then tell you that you have other issues such as moisture problems, termites etc. you will pay them to resolve these issues once they get your money, they will not complete service or they will not properly fix these issues. Then when you call to complain and request service, they will cancel your pest control and refuse to come back after you have paid, they ripped me off for almost 5000 dollars if you check this site, you will see similar complaints as this. I am very fortunate they ripped me off for almost 5000 there are others who spent over 14000 and were ripped off it is sad they have taken advantage of elderly people and others who have no way to recover their money this company is a crooked business stay away these reviews are true and accurate. WARNING STAY AWAY FROM HOME PARAMOUNT PEST CONTROL. If you don't you will regret it you will find yourself entering a warning also that is what happened to me, I IGNORED ALL THE WARNINGS!

      I recently paid my yearly fee to Paramount which is required before a yearly inspection. Home Paramount contacted me for a date and one was scheduled. I stayed home that whole afternoon and no one showed. I waited a week after, expecting some communication as to why no one came and heard nothing. Previous inspections were always annoying as they were as much a sales pitch for some service (UV lights, etc). I decided that I no longer wanted to do business with this company and called to confirm such. I asked for a refund of my yearly charge since the previous year had just recently passed in the last couple of weeks. The secretary informed me that this was a management decision. To not have a refund policy for no services rendered is unprofessional. A month after my call I have received no refund.
