      We feel scammed by Home Paramount. During their quarterly visit, the service person encouraged us to contact their office about resolving the issue of the numerous groundhogs on our property. When we contacted the company, they emphasized their success in capturing these pests. However, after only five days of using cages with marshmallows and cat food (keeping in mind that groundhogs are herbivores), they removed the cages without capturing a single groundhog. Now, they claim they can't read the animals' minds and never guarantee success. All this for $500. Please be aware of this company's practice before signing an agreement with them for services.

      This company's technician, ***** ********, was always inefficient. He smiled happily while placing a sprtz of pesticide here and there on each 20 second pest control visit. I didn't report his inefficiency for several months. Once I began having insect problems, I reported it to the apartment building managers. On the next pest control visit after my report to management, he became extremely rude and inappropriate with me. When he kept making mean, snide, increasingly aggressive remarks as he walked around my apartment, I asked if he was angry. He said, "some people just misinterpret my work ethic." This made it clear that he was mad that I reported him for doing a poor job during his pest control visits. Still, the way he handled his anger was highly inappropriate. Even the way he beat on my door as if he were the police was unnecessary.I no longer feel safe with this man having access to my apartment, but Home Paramount Pest Control showed no concern for my safety when I called. I was only allowed to speak with a call center rep ********* G), and she did nothing but listen and then say "I'm sorry." Sorry doesn't protect my safety from this company's employees. Sorry doesn't keep an angry man with poor self-control from continuing that behavior or worse behavior if he is alone with me or my young daughter again. The company has a responsibility to handle this much better than they have done so far. I'm truly disgusted and disappointed with their response.

      Please do not hire this company to do encapsulation or dehumidifier work in your crawl space. Ive been in a year plus long ordeal where Ive had to contact the building inspections office and **** to make complaints because what they installed did not keep my humidity levels where they needed to be. They didnt pull any permits either until after I made the complaints. Wasnt installed per county requirements also. The county inspector wrote up a few things that they still need to correct as of April 2024. They finished their work in November 2023.

      I wanted to cancel my contract for a service (skunk traps), by Home Paramount in Manassas. I called within the three business days that the contract stated. They did everything to persuade me to stay with the contract. I told them I wasn't interested in doing this anymore, and to get my money back. It's been a week now and the traps are still in my yard. I called HP again, and all of a sudden, no one is available to talk to me. I know they are avoiding me because they know that I called within the three business days. Please stay away from this company. And, according to Fairfac County Wildlife Services, skunks are okay to roam your yards. The chance of being sprayed by a skunk in the day time is unlikely because these gentle creatures are nocturnal.

      Paid $ 200 for initial start up because they were supposed to do complete and thorough job .The only thing I got was what I will be getting on my quarterly service . They never set bait traps or check and seal entrance points ,never cleared Cobb webs . Service was poor. The stuff they did you could buy at Home Depot and do it yourself self . Buyer beware

      Home Paramount is the worse company ever. Signed up for a year contract. Paid $900.00 to *** ******** who is allegedly an inspector. He did not inspect 1 inch of my property, just got me to sign a contract and take my $900.00. Then another $105.00 on May 17th for my 30 day followup which never occured. Jerome ****'s came out a few days later and sprayed the parameter of my property and inside. Was supposed to get a 30 day followup from initial signing of contract (April 17) which never occured. Called Paramount because I noticed bees flying in my shed. Called Paramount and they sent out Gino on May 17th. Still seeing bees and Called back on May 21st. Was told that I would have to wait 2 weeks. Said this could not wait 2 weeks. Spoke with Hailey and scheduled Jerome to come out on May 28th B/T 1 and 3. Called Paramount at 2:45. Was told Jerome ****'s was at my house at 1:15. Told them I was home all day.Got another call from Paramount saying they would have to reschedule and would be another 2 weeks before a tech could come out. Said that was unacceptable. Then got a call from Amber at 3:30 that I received wrong info from Paramount employee and that, in fact, Jerome was not at my home at 1:15 but would be at my house within the hour to spray shed for bees and do my 30 day followup which was never done. Again waited and Jerome finally showed up at 5:50. Told him he could not park in my neighbors spot but had to park in a visitors spot. He abruptly took off and did not rerun. This company has put me through he'll and has caused me undue emotional stress. They should be put out of business!!

      They had a tech Owen ***** saying he checked all my termite traps. but he just pulled up submitted his report, when I went to get the keys to open the back gate he left. An he sign the paperwork saying he inspected the termite traps, but he did not get out the car to check anything I was looking out my window when he was pulling away. So he didn’t check them at all and he sign the work order that he completed the inspection.

      Home Paramount is the worst company. $695 up front and didn’t even dent our problem. No staff, lying salespeople and no performance. Do not use this company!

      I contacted this company in Hagerstown and a gentleman came out to give me a estimate and he was very friendly and professional and answered all my questions. I then call the office and spoke with Janet who was also very professional and scheduled my appointment within two days. Two of guys came out to spray and both were great, answered all the questions and said if they need to come back and retreat the outside again to just call the office. Outstanding service, so again Thank you. ***** ****

      We’ve had the absolute WORST experience with this company in Wilmington, NC that has been going on since July of 2023 and is still not resolved! I could write a book about the numerous unprofessional, rude, and incompetent service techs we’ve interacted with trying to have work done in our crawlspace. They seem to have so much employee turnover and with every new tech who comes out, we have to start over from scratch. You can never get in touch with anyone; no way to directly call the Wilmington office and they refuse to give us a manager contact when we’ve been unsatisfied. It has truly been a nightmare. At this point we only need two small things completed but they continue to delay and give us the run around. Please don’t use this company!
