      "My truck was recently totalled and long story short, REMOVEDdid not pay out (which I paid for REMOVEDa the time I purchased my BRAND NEW truck) REMOVEDsays that they won't pay out due to having skip-a-pay's done to the loan, which was due to the Government shut-down in 2020 and the infamous COVID-19 Pandemic.
