      I had a large slider replaced. **** and ******* were the installers. They paid attention to details and added some trim where there would have been a gap on the bottom which finished it off nicely. They were on time and cleaned up after themselves.

      I had a massive siding done. The experience was great from start to finish. It started with my consultant ******(*****) whom got me a good deal with NEWPRO. The project manager ****, chief of the siding crew ******, and ***** assistant to the project manager. The electrical crew was amazing too. The siding job was completed in a timely manner and professionally done. The utmost respect was shown to my property. Everything was left clean. The project management team lead by **** ensured that every thing before, during, and after the completion of job was properly communicated and done in a timely manner. I had an issue with a little rust and **** ensured that it was taken care of by *****. **** ensured that I have direct means of communication if ever the need arise for anything. Thanks. Team work made the dream work.

      This company has worst marketing/sale practices. They keep calling with robo calls day and night to harass customers. Request and call blocks not working as they keep calling from different numbers. Do not trust and do businesses with them.

      Had a tub to shower conversion. *** was on time, courteous and focused. He completed the job, checking in with us periodically as he worked. Left the bathroom and entry way clean and swept. Please recognize *** for his superb work ethic and represention of your company.

      New window is perfect! Just what I wanted. ****** and **** went above and beyond to make it all perfect. They stayed in the dark to try and finish the job. Made sure everything was cleaned up as well. Next ******************** came back. It started pouring rain and he worked to finish the job outside to make sure it was perfect. They were both extremely polite. I am very happy with a job well done.

      We have had Newpro windows for nearly 30 years. We only recently have had any repair requirements in all of that time.****** from Newpro came to our home this past week to resolve an ongoing issue. He was able to completely fix one smaller window and also was able to more fully diagnose the problem with our over sized picture window.****** is very experienced, knowledgeable and courteous. He explained his findings along the way and he recapped the problem and the potential solution. I feel confident that ****** of NewPro will be back soon with the necessary parts to get our window fixed. I highly recommend Newpro. it's a great product and offers a great lifelong warranty....our repair isn't costing us a dime. The windows they sell are of excellent quality and look very nice also.
