      In September 2021, I reached out to NewPro to replace my windows. In August 2022, I began noticing water damage at the site of the installation I assumed it was due to the storms. However, this water damage began to be more prevalent. Finally, in April 2025, I reached out to the building manager for our condos for help. She and her contractor inspected the damage and confirmed it was caused by faulty windows and poor installation done by Newpro. I immediately reached out to Newpro, informing them of what was going on and requested they replace all the windows. The building manager also reached out to Newpro on my behalf requesting that they replace all the windows. NewPro agreed but did nothing.Finally, in July 2025, I contacted my insurance adjustor who arranged for a contractor to assess the site. The contractor confirmed the water damage and concluded we had to have extensive work done to replace all the damage done to our walls by Newpro. Not only that, but the amount of mold that was a result of their poor installation was disturbing. When I reached out to Newpro, they were flippant about this.And to make matters worse, a former employee of theirs did inspect the damage and informed me that this typical work for this company.I had to reach out multiple times and was dismissed. The most recent phone call was advising me to go ahead and seek legal action. Its incredibly frustrating, because I trusted this Newpro to repair my windows. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but they could care less. During this period, we suffered from ongoing health conditions that we attributed to the weather but in fact attributed to the mold caused by Newpros faulty *************** electricity bill also went up which was a result of their poor installation.And worse, they refuse to refund the cost of the repairs. If you are considering this company, please look somewhere else. This is not the company to go to.

      New Pro came out to recaulk my bathtub/ shower that they installed 5 years ago. The technician ** ****** did a flawless job. He also was very professional, prompt and had excellent attention to detail. The process of setting up the appointment went well smoothly. Thank you New Pro and ** ******.

      Newpro did a wonderful job on our new picture window. A special shout out goes out to **** who installed our new window. He was there from 7:45am til 9:00pm he installed the window and cleaned up extremely well. **** was an extremely nice person and if anyone gets him to install your windows just know you are in good hands! Great work ****!

      ***** * and ***** the plumber came to our home on Tuesday and finished on Wednesday. They both worked efficiently and cleaned up after themselves, and protected my home from any damages. We are very happy with the finished job. Thank you so much for their hard work and professionalism. I will heartily recommend your company for renovations.

      *********** does not honor its words to its customers. Problems began in July 2023, and nothing has been resolved. NewPro bought out Remodel USA in 2025.June 2025, I sent NewPro the requested photos of the unfinished work in my home, and since then, Ive followed up multiple timesby phone, email, and text. As of today, theres been no response, no repair visit, and no progress. That kind of silence breaks trust and falls short of what I know Remodel USA and NewPro stand for.Remodel dropped off bathroom wall panels that have been sitting in my bedroom since July 2024, over a year. Theyre heavy, cant be moved easily, and serve as a daily reminderboth physically and emotionallyof work left incomplete. Plus, ****** ********* team disconnected the tub that Remodel installed, and now I am unable to relax and enjoy the comfort of a tub that I had envisioned would give me a spa-like experience.A September 14, 2024, letter from ****** ******* and his team outlined a clear list of repair commitments in writing. I honored that agreement in good faith and expected the same in return. Unfortunately, those commitments remain unmet..In addition to the items outlined in ****** ********* September 2024 letter, I am requesting that the following be completedat the full expense of Remodel USA and/or NewPro:A replacement bathtub New mirrors and bathroom light fixtures Wall panels installed that are correctly fitted to eliminate visible gaps between the wall and floor A new tub filler Full painting of the bathroom

      ************* installed a double door and 6 windows at our house. The work they did was exceptional. I live in an older/historic home and they worked hard to meet the demands of the historic commission of my town. They were very professional and took time to answer any questions I had. I would highly recommend them
