      ****** from Newpro came out and explained the various type of roof systems and what some cover VS the Newpro system of roofing. The venting system alone is much better on this system than my other houses I have had. Altogether, I liked this system best and decided to go with Newpro.

      **** from NEWPRO came early to our appointment which was great so we could get on with our day. He was very professional and cleaned everything up after finishing the job. We highly recommend this company.

      Installation was great. Windows look great and great job cleaning up. ****** did a great job and so did ******. The door installation was very professional and definitely added to the curb appeal of our house. I would highly recommend Newpro if you need windows or doors replaced.

      *************************** arrived promptly and was friendly and personable. He was very knowledgeable about the Newpro products (doors in our case), and was able to make excellent suggestions for approaches we would not otherwise have thought of. He worked quickly but carefully, and we did not ever feel undue pressure.. Overall, we rate him very highly.

      Where do I start. The only good part of this company is the sales. They sold me a bunch of lies. After the sales it has been a nightmare of nobody returning calls, lies and the product and install was terrible. My wife already wrote a review but now I'm doing one also. This process started October of 2022 and is still going on with no resolve. I started dealing with a different person and then found out they don't work there anymore. Do yourself a favor and find someone that does what they promise. Newpro has ruined what should have been a great point in our lives. Headache is a understatement. I don't have enough time to put the whole thing in text.
