  *************************** and ******* **** were very friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. They were very patient but knew time is valuable. They did not make us feel pressured and were very understandable. I would definitely work with them again.

  We had our windows installed in 2008. They are amazing and if we had any problems NewPro was out the next day to fix it. Would highly recommend them to anyone. We are having our shower replaced by NewPro now.

  I'm so happy with my new shower! My installer *************************************** was amazing. He was on time and very professional. He was very respectful of my home and made sure everything was clean when he left. He did an absolute perfect job. The plumber they sent to update the pipes, *****************, was really nice and he also did a great job. If I could give my experience from start to finish 6 stars I would!

  Installation of our NewPro shower couldnt have been more professional thanks to our technicians ********** and ********** **** was the installer that came the first day and did the first part of the installation. Not only was he on time and professional, he made sure the place was left spotless. **** was very easy to talk to as he explained everything he was going to do as well as what to expect when ******** came the next day to finish the project. 2nd ************** was on time and again very professional. He finished the job quietly and quickly ( I still dont know how he got those heavy glass doors up the stairs so quietly) and went over all the paperwork to make sure we were educated and happy! He also made sure to adjust our final cost as we did remove one of the ordered shelves. These guys are too notch! I hope NewPro knows how lucky they are to have them representing their Company! I would not hesitate to recommend NewPro to friends and family solely based on my experience with these guys! Thanks **** and ***!

  Avoid Newpro - 15 month nightmare -Contracted for replacement shower June 2022 - pricey but the promised 1-2 day installation sold us. 14 months of frustration later, August 2023, we finally had a non-leaking shower, along with a replastered ceiling in our dining room below. First time the shower was used it leaked into the dining room below. On arrival for first rebuild (months later) they didnt have the correct pan. The shower needed rebuilding or reordering of wrong components 3 times. Each delay took months for components to be manufactured. Our saga includes mistakenly cut electric wires in the bathroom wall that affected other rooms, ripping out new walls and fixtures of their first shower to replace improperly built drain, a ripped out ceiling in dining room not repaired (sheet rock, painted) for 8 months till they redid the shower for the 3rd time. Cancelled appointments, difficulty reaching people who could do anything, dealing with multiple managers who said theyd solve the problems and then left the company. Try calling NewPro - nobody answers except in Sales. Thankfully we didnt opt for their financing so this debacle wasnt completely paid for up front. Seems the business model is to sell the job, contract out the labor as cheaply as possible for install. Some of the sub-contractors who arrived were professional and skilled, some clearly not, many lived hours away. The story of small family business is a myth, like the promise of a 1-2 day install. We see the NewPro ads and cringe.

  **************** was great right from the start. I received multiple updates and reminders once my order was confirmed. My consultation with ****************** was great, he was very easy to work with and explained in detail, my color and material options.I was fascinated by the option of viewing my choices on an iPad, which proved to be very helpful in my purchase decision. The quality of our door is solid, and ** impressed with the workmanship, that creates a beautiful and safer improvement to the front entrance of my home.The installers, **** and **************** were polite, on time and respectful of my property, inside and out. They cleaned up after themselves and their attention to detail was impressive.Once the installation was completed, **** explained product care, maintenance and warranty information to me. It was a great experience, from start to finish and I would highly recommend Newpro.

  I had a large slider replaced. **** and ******* were the installers. They paid attention to details and added some trim where there would have been a gap on the bottom which finished it off nicely. They were on time and cleaned up after themselves.
