      I just completed paying off my financing for Newpro windows and siding I wanted to wait for it to be completed prior to review/complaint. Awful company with deceitful practices and absolutely awful service.Hired them as a contractor to do windows and siding on a small ranch. we knew ahead of time that they were expensive but were more concerned with quality of workmanship, product, and job management. We were told that they have their own installers. We pressed them on it and they assured us it was their installers. They outright lied, they hired not only one subcontractor but by the time the job was completed over a year later we saw three sub par contractors working on our project. We were told that the siding was their product along with their windows. I believe the windows are but the siding is not it is certainteed and by the way it is now obsolete. I could not list the amount of mistakes and poor workmanship we had to have addressed it would take pages. One of them was we had them come back because their sub contractor left the corner pieces of the siding way too long Not trimmed and different lengths so they came back and after warning them there was a cable line behind one proceeded to cut the line. We had to have *************** come and fix it. It was not so much the cost as it was it took up more of my time. I scheduled a week off so I could be there and on the first morning I get a call that they would not be able to come because of the weather it was a perfect day. And by the way when I discussed the cable line the project manager laughed. I guess me losing time and having to hire someone after I just paid a small fortune to have all the outside wires installed to be hidden was funny to them. They did send a gift card( how unprofessional) not once during all the installation issues did I ever see the salesman or a manager they could care less. This is just a small sample, overpriced, quality of work is awful and they are the most dishonest company.

      Excellent workmanship. Great workers. Very satisfied with the finished product.Special thanks goes out to ******, who was our installer. He did a great job! *****, *********** was also great. As were ****** and ***** who did the follow up work.**** and **** were also very helpful during a phone conversation.THANK YOU ALL!

      The men from Newpro who installed the windows were very efficient, polite, and knowledgeable. What I thought would be a day of interruption was a day of about 4 hours of installation. They were very polite and did an excellent job. The windows are easy to slide, very quiet and leak proof. I could not be happier.

      Our experience with NewPro of ********* from start to finish was 5 star. From our first meeting with our sales representative, to the incredibly hard working professional men who did the install, it was an easy pleasure. We had 3 new sliders installed to replace our old ones in our well loved, by the ocean, home in *****. They were excellent in working with our less than perfect home. They kindly brought to attention the issues of our structure and were able to still install the doors beautifully and successfully. It has made a huge difference in the appearance and enjoyment of this Airbnb property. My highest recommendation as a 5 star Super host!
