I applied for a business financial loan and was given percentage rate and month term option. I signed documents with only my business information and ein. I didn't receive a copy of contract so I kept asking for it. Finally I get a copy, but it's not what I signed but somehow a copy of my signature is on it. No percentage rate and the month term isn't listed. Timepayment states it's a lease! So I contract the person who took my business information for the financial loan and he states that they changed the contract from a business loan to a lease after the fact. That's illegal! They also have been trying to force me to pay them Personal Property Taxes! Per my ************************* I only pay them these taxes no one else. They even verified that they have NOT been paying them on my behalf. I called their state's ************************ and they said the same thing, that I would never pay anyone but my own County where I reside and do business. My loan was for $13,400, but they claim I owe them almost 30k. They have had multiple Class Action Lawsuits for this same thing, but continue with their fraud. I have filed a complaint against them with the ************************ as they know they committed fraud and are trying to make me pay them Personal Property Taxes which is Tax Fraud. I have paid every single payment on time, but will not pay Personal Property Taxes to them. They call and email every single day, just to argue the fact and state they know more than these state or **************** Don't ever do business with them, they are criminals

I reject your answer. Everything you have executed pertaining to my account after a contract was binded with MMP, you unlawfully changed. The documents you send after a business loan agreement was completed, doesn't make it binding when you changed the contract. Also, you are trying to force me to pay you Personal Property Taxes when it is legally paid to my County of residence. I spoke to my State and County Officials regarding this as well as your Officials. All parties state I myself am to pay my County and no one else nor have you ever paid on my behalf. Yet these taxes you illegally charge me, you are also charging a processing fee and late fee. You have reported this illegal fee to the credit bureau as late or not paid on my personal account, not business as the contract was a Business loan and I gave NO ONE MY PERSONALINFORMATION, JUST BUSINESS. Even though you changed my contract, I pay my bill every single month on time, but you also charge me for a call and letter to state I'm late until I email verification that I paid on your on site weeks prior. One month you remove late fees for Personal Property Taxes and your processing fee as someone understands and the next it's back and your staff states my County and State doesn't know the law as well as your company. This is not the first time you have changed someone's contract and tried to enforce it or there wouldn't be Class Action Lawsuits against you that you lost. Please understand I do have all documents and conversations with the loan company that I applied and secured the ****************** Loan also the contract from the company I purchased with for my equipment. Your practices are illegal and you are taking advantage of Small Business Owners and trying to bend the law for financial gain with unlawfully changing a financial contract.

Just because you changed the agreement with my name does not make it legal. It funny how you have changed my financial loan to a lease and yet yesterday I log in to pay and find out you have yet changed it again. Now you have changed it to a RENTAL. You even went as far as to back date all documentation with the wording of RENTAL. I called your company at that moment and was told the same thing as I was back in May when I was concerned no one would send me a copy of my loan agreement, Then I called you again after your introduction with my concern of you changing my business financial loan to a lease, and was told not to worry it still is, it's just wording. I was told yesterday yet again not to worry your company just changed the wording again from loan to lease to currently RENTAL. You can't do that, there is a big difference from LOAN-LEASE-RENTAL and yet you seem to change the wording, and my name magically appears on it. Yet you still also try to force me to pay Personal Property Taxes to YOU when it is paid here in my county. I do not live in your county nor state nor are you a representative to ask me to pay you Personal Taxes to another County and State. To make that even worse you are reporting me to the ************* as being late or not paying because I won't pay you taxes that you have no legal right to try and enforce me to pay you. But you tend to not respond to that, you just keep charging me and adding on a processing fee for a fictious tax and a fee for sending me a letter to tell me I need to pay you this fictious tax, even charging me when you call me to tell me about this fictious tax. I have spoken with my state and county officials and your state and county officials regarding my personal property taxed, both state I am NOT to pay you, I only have to pay my county. Please know I keep all emails, texts, VM and documents that pertained to getting this loan to buy my equipment.

Their system quote on quote closed my account and cannot take my October payment therefore they have to manually put in my payments every month starting in November because it cannot be set up on the automatic payment because they claimed they had a computer glitch. This is not the first time they had a quote on quote compuer glitch in their system. Three times previously they cannot take my automatic payment because of their computer glitch. They claimed they have an old system and cannot convert my lease or loan whatever they wanna call it into the new system. Trailers plus in ********* chose to go with this company after they closed/went out of business at that location. This was not my choice or pick of companies to work with for my trailer payment

I entered into a contract with a vendor for my equipment. I was approved to spend $9,000. Time Payment is now telling me I owe them $22,000 or more. My monthly payment is $650 a month and they say Im 3 months behind totaling $3,700.00. They have stated Im over 90 days past due but then I get an email that says Im 84 days past due. I told them they could have the equipment back and Id just buy it out right because its over double the product amount. When asked how much they were charging in interest they stated there is no interest. $9000 worth of product is now costing me $22,000 and they think its acceptable.

Timepayment is constantly harassing me about equipment that i turned in back in 2016. Someone picked up the machine over 7 years ago when my parents business closed down. Now They are calling telling me that they are suing me for the cost of the equipment. The equipment was returned in the beginning of 2016 when the salon closed. I no longer have any equipment from this company in my possession.

I recently have filed a report with the better Business Bureau concerning the cancellation of a credit card processing company with Riverside payments, while doing so I found out that Riverside payments dont own their own equipment so they use a secondary company, Cascade equipment leasing company. ********* has responded with a reasonable payoff to get out of their contract but Cascade wants over $3000 to get out of their contract which I didnt even realize I had signed up on because I thought Riverside was the one who excepted all the payments and it was all their equipment, I would like to have someone from Cascade to contact me at ************ or *********, which is the company that I originally took out the agreement with to come up with a reasonable payoff. ******

I called Time Payment Corp to discuss why my payment kept changing. During the discussion, I asked what the payoff of the machine was that I was leasing, to avoid having further issues with the payment changing. I was given a payoff of $8600. The machine that I leased was $3700. When I asked why the payoff would be almost three times the amount of the original price, they told me that because I was leasing the machine, I would have to pay that cost, as I agreed to a four year lease. I told them that I was never told that I would be paying more for the machine than was originally agreed and they told me they felt bad that no one shared the terms, but that two months before the end of the lease term, they would call me to ask if I wanted to end my lease and send the machine back or pay the fair market value for the machine! I said..wait! I will end up paying $8600 for this machine and then will have to pay the *** if I want to keep it? The agent told me that was correct. I asked what would happen if I just went ahead and sent them the machine now..and bought it outright on my own. They told me that I can send it back, but would be obligated to have to pay out the lease and the *** of the machine. I looked through the contract given to me by then, and no where is this stalled and other than the monthly payment obligation, there is no amount written in the contract that I would be paying out an $8600 lease. I was also told that I would be leasing this under my LLc business to build my business credit and after looking into this, I have no credit score for my business.Customer Answer

April 9, 2024, I signed a contract ************* to lease a Clover Mini CC processing machine from a company called *********. for my business, The Shady Lawn Motel. It was a month to month contract for ***** per month. The company sent me the wrong equipment and I refused to verify or use the equipment until the right equipment was sent. On April 30, 2024 Time Payment started withdrawing monthly payments of $137.15 from my checking account. On May 3, 2024 ************* CD started withdrawing monthly payments of $62.50. I contacted Swift numerous times and eventually disputed charges with my bank. I have had numerous letters and emails from Time Payment insisting on payments. Time Payment sent me a totally manufactured contract with false information regarding me and my business. I informed the ** *** it was a false contract . It was not my signature, EIN, cell phone #, date, verification confirmation, lease term or company I delt with. I sent ** a copy of the contract I signed. They ignored it and continue to harass me and threaten to ruin my credit.

Please be advised TimePayment received a signed non-cancellable lease agreement for 48 months at $130.00/month on behalf of The ****************. Payments were drafted from a valid bank account provided on the lease agreement, which was verified by phone.
