This company is awful. My story. Needed a new coffee machine, business said here use these guys for financing, signed the contract the was actually a lease agreement for 33 months. The contract says ***** monthly before fees, with fees its around 1200. Once the lease is done, you then have to write a month in advance if you want to keep or send back the machine.. if you keep they will charge you a whole new fee, what they consider market value or no more than 3 months if your leases value.PREDATORY.

In 2021 I entered into a lease purchase agreement with ********** **************** for sublimation equipment. I agreed upon a 36 month lease to own agreement. Well my loan was sold to *************** and then it was handled by Time payment. My agreement was for $2,255.98, for some reason everytime I think I'm at the end of my loan, it's rolled into a long term lease and they keep charging me. To date I have paid them $ ********, which is $882.16 more than my original agreement. My account is now past due because I'm disputing that I owe them anymore money. They are telling me to buy out the lease I need to pay them an additional $880 +, I am not paying them any more money for equipment that technically based on my loan agreement - I own. I am hoping the BBB can help me resolve this issue.

This company has scammed me into a 48 month contract and is trying to repossess my truck because of a missed payment. I got behind on my payment by 30 days and they started sending messages about taking the truck( *********** ) While another man (*******) was trying telling me to pay and they wont take it. Then I talked to ***** and he said they cant come get it until 60 days. I have been hassled, threaten, and harassed. This is not normal behavior so Im going to have them investigated for fraud. I just would like for them to stop contacting me, come pick up equipment and see them in court.
