The documents you sent literally proves my point. Any fees in a financial agreement must be disclosed with the full price and NOT in the fine print. In addition to this the damage fee was not disclosed until at the time it was added to the bill, other than mentioned in the fine print. In addition to this you can clearly see the agreement is with a business and should not be on my personal credit. In addition to this it is illegal not to give the customer the option to have paper billing.

Please be advised TimePayment Corp. reiterates it's original response advising that fees were disclosed in the terms and conditions of the Non-Cancelable Commercial Lease Agreement, as well as sending notice to the lessee regarding the damage waiver fee. In additional, the lessee signed as personal guarantor; the terms of the Lease Agreement provide for the right to report on credit.

A ******* purchased a commercial flooring machine from a compnay called *******, then signed a lease to finance the item via TimePayment...using my personal information tied to an LLC I own. After signing the lease agreement with **, the scammer called the vendor and changed the address from my location in ***************, ** to one in *******, ***** started sending me invoices, and after a phone call last fall, where I explained that they had been scammed due to identity theft, they requested a signed/notarized affidavit which I provided. At that point I thought this was resolved.Unfortunately, their collection people started calling me again this year, and after connecting with them, told me that my affidavit was denied, while providing no more information as to why. I ended up tracking down all of the details and how they were scammed, including the personal information tied to the individual's phone # that was attached to the lease. This was in addition to the information from the vendor that sold the item. Despite all this evidence, of clear identify theft and a scam, I'm continuing to see a claim against my personal credit.

Timepayment representative informed me that I can be placed on Cure program which would allow me time to catch up. Another month went by waiting and another representative informed me the representative gave me wrong information and my account is not eligible for cure program. This morning someone I know informed me that they was sent a bill. I felt embarrassed and upset to know that Timepayment violated my rights by emailing random people and people I didn't authorize to email them my personal information which exposed my bill and address. For this violation, I would like to be granted a 2 month extension to allow me more time to catch up on my payments.

We went through ******************** to get funding for a cooler. We were approved for $16,000 loan, or at least that is what we were told. We were told multiple times by *** at ******************** that we could pay off the loan early without any penalty. We were sent a lease, but we were under the impression that it was a loan/working capital. I went to pay off the rest of our cooler with Time Payment as that was who the contract was with, and I was told I owe $15,105.08. I knew that wasnt right since I had paid around $3,000 on the cooler already and should only have $5,000 plus a little interest left on it. I had spoken with *** about having an early payoff without any extra interest or penalties. My husband and I tried to explain to Time Payment that this lease was misrepresented, but they would not listen nor take any proactive steps to contacting ****** Capital to help us resolve the matter. We said we do not want to have to get lawyer involved, and Time Payment asked for our lawyers information for their legal department. We asked Time Payment for their legal departments information, which the refused to provide. At that time the conversation ended. I would like to pay the remaining $5,000 that I owe on the cooler, and be done with Time Payment as this lease was misrepresented from the beginning. I am working on getting the recorded phone calls from ******************** to help get this resolved.

Rebuttal to TimePayments Request for Forgery Questionnaire

TimePayments response is not only legally insufficient, but also deeply inappropriate and coercive. I have clearly and repeatedly disputed the validity of this alleged debt and the authenticity of the documentation TimePayment claims to possess. Under both Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 93A and ************* RSA 358-A, consumers are protected from unfair and deceptive business practices, including the use of fraudulent documents and coercive tactics to validate illegitimate claims.

TimePayments demand that I sign my name five times on a self-serving Forgery Questionnaire is outrageous, invasive, and legally unnecessary. I am under no legal obligation to complete internal documentation created by a company I have accused of fraud. This tactic appears designed to intimidate and shift the burden of proof onto the consumeran approach that may itself constitute an unfair or deceptive act under both state laws.
Let me be clear: I have not signed any agreement, not authorized any application, and I have not consented to any transaction with TimePayment. The burden is on TimePayment to prove otherwise with verifiable, lawful documentationnot on me to jump through hoops of their own making.

TimePayments continued insistence on this process, and their threat to treat the matter as resolved if I do not comply, is legally indefensible. These demands are coercive, invasive, and legally unjustified. I have already disputed the validity of this alleged debt and denied any authorization or agreement with TimePayment.

I am formally reporting TimePayment and its officers, including Mirissa in Legal, to the **************************************,the **************************************************************, and the ************************************ for investigation into potential violations of consumer protection statutes, including the use of fraudulent contracts, coercive verification practices, and continued credit reporting of a disputed debt.
Furthermore, both the Burlington, MA ***************** and the ************************ have reports on file regarding this matter.Damages are in excess of $1.45 million and I will be pursuing legal action against TimePayments officers and directors.
I demand that TimePayment immediately cease all collection and credit reporting activities related to this matter until they can produce legally valid, independently verifiable documentation of the alleged debt.

They never showed the full balance I owed. I purchased mobility scooter EWHELL 75 for $3000 appox. Been paying monthly 3 years. When I bought the scooter, I was looking for loan. They didnt tell me its lease. And my mobility scooter not working, havent rode two years and still paying lease. Then I found out, the full payment would be 6000 to 8000. Which was ripped off I called ewheel for repair but no answer mom tried to get hold of ewheel. And I asked Timepayment to find me repair which they didnt. You know if you buy lease car, they would repair for free. Not making sense if I still pay and not get it repaired. Yesterday, I got call from time payment, she said I have to pay regardless scooter not working. I have been paying on time. Just missed this month.

Was misled initially by company with how products functioned. They were not used due to functionality. Services were never rendered. Trapped by deceptive sales tactics in a contract. All equipment was returned. Tracking included. I need them to stop billing my account as services were never rendered and all items have been returned. If I was not misled by sales this would have never happened.

This company is awful. My story. Needed a new coffee machine, business said here use these guys for financing, signed the contract the was actually a lease agreement for 33 months. The contract says ***** monthly before fees, with fees its around 1200. Once the lease is done, you then have to write a month in advance if you want to keep or send back the machine.. if you keep they will charge you a whole new fee, what they consider market value or no more than 3 months if your leases value.PREDATORY.
