  I have taken 4 tours with this company. Three of these were tours specifically for solo travelers. My most recent tour was a regular group tour. The tours have all been great. The hotels are 4 to 5 stars and the optional excursions have all been well worth the time and money. The tour guides are very knowledgable and work hard to ensure that participants have a wonderful vacation experience. Overall, I think these trips are a great value with so many places explore.

  Our guide was amazing -he kept us entertained and engaged while shepherding us to events every day. Even on off days his suggestions were great. I will definitely travel with EF Tours again

  This was my 4th EF tours. It was to ***********/****. It was by far my most favorite trip ever. Excellent guide, beautiful scenery, great places to stay and amazing tours

  This was our first experience with this tour group and we are so happy we tried it out! Our London experience was wonderful and we enjoyed every minute! Our tour guide was an expert and kept us on time and where we needed to go. She answered any questions we had and was very patient. When we got extended due to the fire at **************** *** made sure we had a place to stay, our flights were figured out and gave us suggestions on what else we could do in ****** during those three extra days. She really eased our minds and made sure we were ok!

  This was my first tour of Europe. I went without preset expectations or preconceived ideas and had an unforgettable and remarkable adventure!!! The balance struck by scheduled educational tours, free time to explore, and delectable meals with fellow travelers was perfectly orchestrated. Our tour guide, ***** knew how to shepherd us, keep us on schedule, and yet give us the freedom to ask, wander, and soak in the experiences as we moved from place to place. I highly recommend EF Go Ahead Tours

  A wind storm cancelled my flight to ****** on the day I was to fly to *****. EF Go Ahead Tours support tried to rebook me and would have had not ***************** come up first with an alternative way of getting me to ******. Once there, I had a fine tour of Northern France under the guidance of a superb tour director. All the hotels and optional excursions were first rate.

  My Dream Vacation to **** and ********* This was my dream trip of a lifetime time and EF Tours did not disappoint and turn my dream trip into a serious reality, from the flights to the choice of Hotels. There aren't enough words to describe the time that i had. The guides in both places where so knowledgeable and treated you like family who were coming to visit. And the choices of where to dine was amazing i didn't have not one bad meal the entire time I was away. I can't write not one bad word about my experience with EF tours. I would highly recommend to any of my friends and family I can hardly wait until I book my next vacation with them??

  I had been paying automatic payments for a tour for seven months I was notified on February 26, 2025 that they were canceling my tour. They tried to get me to take another tour with them but that was not conducive to my schedule so i requested a full refund. Despite numerous dismissive conversations "the check is in the mail." What's the check number? Today is April 5th I still don't have the money that is owed to me. They should have returned my money the way that it was paid to them! Furthermore if the check should arrive before i take additional action i need to take it to the bank. There will be more time that the funds won't be cleared. This has been a horrible experience! I should not be going through this. Be aware of this company!

  We apologize for the delay in your refund, which resulted from an error in the initial submission to our finance team. As soon as we were made aware, we took immediate steps to correct the issue and initiate the refund process.

  Since your payment was made via direct debit, we're required to issue the refund by check due to regulations that prevent us from returning funds directly to a bank account. This process differs from when a credit card is used. 

  Our Finance Team confirmed that your check was processed on March 28th and is currently en route. As noted on our website, delivery can take 35 weeks, though we certainly hope it arrives sooner. 

  We understand this delay has been frustrating and truly appreciate your patience. Please dont hesitate to reach out with any further questions.

  This was my first time using EF Tours and they did not disappoint. The entire experience was on point from pickup at the airport, the tours sights, the experiences, transportation (bus/plane/minivans) and our tour guide was the best. He was so engaged, knowledgeable about the history of the country and the historical places we visited. The service they provide was outstanding due to our tour guide and they took us places off the beaten path. I would definitely recommend using EF Tours to everyone.
