    The tour was amazing. Our tour guide was both organized and professional. The itinerary was as full as it could have possibly been. Nevertheless, there was time for exploration on our own. The tour group was relatively cohesive and developed an esprit de corps by the time the tour ended. I would go on another EF Go Tour in a heartbeat.

    This was my first trip to ******. We booked the 10 day ***** and ****** tour. It was the most amazing 10 days of my life! Our tour group was small and we all got along hreat and hung out quite a bit on our free days. Our tour guide, ***** was amazing! Very informative with a great personality. The tours we took were great and planned early enough in the morning to avoid crowds and have plenty of evening time to venture out on our own. The hotels and provided meals were also great! Best breakfast buffets I have even seen! I was very happy with EF tours and would definitely use them again!

    Have been on 3 trips with Go Ahead. Their lead guides are very helpful and knowledgeable. The tours do a good job of visiting some special sites and those specific guides are outstanding

    I went on my first tour with EF Go Ahead in March 2025, and it was awesome. The tour guide was excellent, we visited some amazing places, and it was a lot of fun.The only complaints I have are with the airline booking. They put four people (two strangers and my spouse and I) on the same. confirmation code. That was fine for the flights to ******, because we could check in, change seats, etc on our own. On the way home, though, we could not. All four of us had to check in together. They should NOT put strangers on the same confirmation code. Also, they did not seat my spouse and I together on any of the flights. They need to seat family members together AND let family members have their own confirmation codes.

    This was our second trip with EF Go Ahead and both were fantastic. From all the arrangements made before the trip to both main tour directors being super wonderful, to the local guides. The accommodations were 4 or 5 stars and very nice. I definitely recommend traveling with Go Ahead and have recommended it to friends. We also had great tour ambassadors on these trips and that definitely added another level of comfort for us.

    We have a tour scheduled for June. On the return flight we have a 10 hour layover in **. The past 3 weeks I have been asking them for an earlier flight even screen shot them information that they CAN switch it per the airline. We'll they will be for a fee!! I want to cancel our tour but can Only get tour credit. We spent our life savings to go on this trip! I do NOT want a tour credit... I want a refund. I am dreading this trip.EF Go Ahead Tours has zero customer service. They do ******** at all. Only care about the money! Do Not recommend this company and making sure everyone I know....including a lot of travel agents which I am friends with...know this! Very disappointed. I have talked to many different employees as well about this.

    While the original itinerary, which included a dayroom, is a common option for this destination, we appreciated the opportunity to explore alternatives with you. We did review the specific flight request you shared; however, due to ticket restrictions, we were unable to secure that exact option. We also worked with the airline to explore other possibilities, but every alternative option would have incurred an additional fee.

    We understand how frustrating that can be and remained committed to finding a solution that balanced both your preferences and budget. Were glad a resolution was ultimately reached and that you feel more confident in your original travel plans, along with the service gesture that was provided.

    We made the mistake of letting EF Go Ahead Tours arrange our flights for a two-week European vacation costing thousands of dollars. At the end of the day, they contracted the lowest possible class of ticket, saving them the most possible money. So, unless we want to spend another $500 each way to ensure we can sit together, my wife and I will have to rely on whatever seats are left at day-of-travel check-in. At first, EF Go Ahead Tours told us we can make our seat selections when the flight is booked...they didn't bother to tell us it would cost us more money out of pocket. The EF Go Ahead Tours response is...oh well, that is what we contracted for with **********, and it is up to airline policy. We aren't talking premium seating...EVERY seat costs extra money to reserve at any time prior to check-in, even middle seats cost extra. I've been told we have seats for our inter-Europe travel, but they can't give me any more information than that. I'm not real confident in their services, especially customer service. Everything seems to be our fault, the airlines fault, everyone's fault, but EF Go Ahead Tours fault. I consider this a very deceptive practice, and if they were truthful at the beginning, I would have probably made my own flight arrangements. Instead, I mistakenly relied on them to do what is best for them and not us.

    **********, like many **********************, offers a variety of fare classes with different policies around advance seat selection. While some fares include complimentary seat selection, many economy-class tickets require an additional fee to select seats ahead of timeregardless of location in the cabin. These fees are set by the airline and are not within our control.

    When flights are arranged through our team, our goal is to provide the most coordinated and cost-effective itinerary aligned with the overall tour package. Our flight packages do not include seat selection by default, and were sorry if that wasnt made clear at the time of booking. While advance seat selection may currently involve an added cost, options often become available closer to the departure date, such as during online check-in or by contacting the airline directly.

    At this time, your flights have not yet taken place, and seating assignments have not been finalized. While we understand the concern about possibly being seated apart from your wife, this outcome is not guaranteed, and there is still a possibility that you will be seated together depending on final seat assignments or airline flexibility closer to departure.

    We truly value your feedback as it helps improve how we communicate seat selection with future travelers. Above all, we hope that you both have a memorable and enjoyable experience on your European adventure.     My daughter and I did the St. ********* Day tour 2025 and words could not express how wonderful the entire experience was. ********************************* gave me more than I was expecting on our trip.
