  I hadnt taken a [tour] with a company in a long time so I didnt expect too much. When I took the ** Go Ahead Tour for the first time, every part of it EXCEEDED my expectations. I saw way more than I EVER wouldve should I have tried to organize my own vacation. There were so many benefits with lodging, dining experiences in restaurants with the group, easier access due to the tour bus vs. a vehicle, the tour driver was amazing with the challenging landscapes and weather, and the tour guide was so exceedingly knowledgable that my brain just couldnt absorb anymore. But the vast amount of knowledge was so fun to take in everywhere we went. This was a vacation for the books as one of my top 5 for sure. I loved how the company treated me via the phone etc with notifications re: airline changes etc and their [Welcome Packet] left nothing to imagination for your planning needs. I totally recommend this company and already have my next trip planned. Thanks ER Go Ahead Tours! ??

  The Grand Tour of ***** was amazing! Was my first trip to Europe and having *************** was so great, as I would have not had a clue how to get to places or find parking. Our tour director **** and bus driver were phenomenal. I learned alot and re-learned even more and saw so many amazing things. The local guides were all really good. Wish we had more time at a few places, but we did get to see amazing stuff. I would for sure do another tour through EF Go Ahead Tours. Had an absolute great time!!

  I've taken five tours with EF Go Ahead and have been extremely pleased with each one. The guides and drivers have been knowledgeable and courteous in every way. All of the places of interest have been chosen with care giving the travelers the best experiences possible. The extra excursions available have proved to be excellent additions to any trip. Travelers are well taken care of from booking, to flights, to hotels and meals to getting them safely home. I will continue to travel with EF Go Ahead.

  My family very much enjoyed our tour of *****. Our tour director ******* went above and beyond in taking care of us and anticipating our needs. EF knew of a hotel conflict in ******** and comped an excursion to make up for any disappointment. We thought this was appropriate and we appreciated the effort by EF. It all worked out just fine and the substitute hotel was adequate. We would definitely consider booking another guided tour with EF Go Ahead Tours

  EF go ahead tours did an excellent job making things smooth for our tour. We didnt have to worry about anything. The tour guide was exceptional and really knew the area well. Id recommend EF ********************** to anyone. Very ethical and reliable

  We took Go Ahead's tour to ******** and ******** in March of 2023. Everything was fantastic. Lodging, meals, transportation, game drives and the guides, Five stars all the way.

  I wish i could say all positive things about my recent trip to ****** but, unfortunately, i can not. Perhaps i would have felt better had I thought EF Go Ahead Tours was concerned about my experience or offered support when my luggage did not arrive in ****** with me meaning the 1st 3 days were horrible being all I had was a toothbrush with no option to purchase anything nor did I get any assistance with filing a report for my luggage.. Our guide did not offer any assistance with getting basic essentials like under garments and I had to borrow socks. I cried in my room alone feeling totally humiliated. It wasn't until the 3rd day that I was able to purchase basic necessities. ****** was beautiful but the stress I endured was horrific.Once the tour was over, I contacted customer care and they seemed to really care but, that was not accurate being they did not follow up as promised. or respond to e-mails. I can say the cost of my tour and the way I was treated was less than favorable and I would NEVER EVER GO AGAIN!

  Thank you for leaving a review. We are sorry to hear that you had such a bad luggage experience. This is always a frustration, no matter what the circumstances, when traveling. We do always recommend travelers to have some spare items in their carryon, but understand that this is not always possible for every traveler. Reviewing our communication with you about this experience, we unfortunately weren't able to do much since insurance was involved, but did take your feedback regarding needing additional support to help make your trip as comfortable as possible, while waiting for your luggage to be returned to you.

  Just completed my trip to Ireland. Tour director was wonderful. Communication with the company prior to the tour was easy. I will probably choose a smaller group tour next time. Sometimes it was like herding cats with some of the travelers. That's not a ding against EF, but those specific travelers who can't seem to tell time.

  Overall, the tour itself was outstanding. Our guide ****** and driver ***** were amazing and a lot of fun. My only complaints are feeling rushed in a few places and my flights were too close together. I almost missed my flight home.

  Just returned from ***** tour with 2 family members, despite my being 81 and having a sprained ankle. We had an awesome time. It was a trip of a lifetime. Even after having to reschedule from last September (covid related), everything went smoothly with planning and our tour guide was fantastic. Would love to have her (*****) as a guide again.??
