    I had a great experience with my first tour with EF Go Ahead. The group was wonderful, the tour director was excellent. I've booked another trip with them because I enjoyed my first trip so much.

    Amazing! Tours just keep getting better and better! The accommodations were amazing and the meals were incredible! I have my next tour already booked!

    Very disappointed. Flight was a "bait and switch". Was told they had great buying power, but was given a horriable flight, (10 hours extra with 2 lay-overs). When asking for an upgrade was told it would be $100 per person additional. We authorized and paid and they confirmed. Then came back day before flight and said it would be $637 per person more. They was no communication! Hope the rest of the trip will go better.

    Thank you for leaving a review. We have looked into what happened here and sent you a direct follow up email regarding what occurred and a refund for an amount that was incorrectly charged. Upgrades and flight change amounts due stand for only 24 hours because prices can change that quickly. We unfortunately have no control in how the amount can fluctuate. That is why we need to give a ********************************************************************************************* upgrade so the situation you experienced doesn't occur. We also are implementing a new customer facing flights team to make this process of discussing flight itineraries easier for customers since we have taken customer feedback seriously about having more direct and quicker conversations about flight itineraries.

    From start to finish the safari was wonderful. Accommodation, food, was great better than expected because we stayed in the parks. The Tour guides and drivers were so knowledgeable and fun. Very helpful my granddaughters luggage didnt arrive airline fault, our guide didnt gave up he even went ******************* we arrived at to pick up the bag. It was a very long trip for him and he arrived back in time for the days tour. ********

    I have traveled with EF Tours to Europe 3 times now and each trip is better than the last. Tour guides are fun, friendly and knowledgeable. I also have found the call center staff so helpful because an actual real person answers!

    Easy to book. Easy to get information needed once booking is confirmed. Great service desk workers with knowledge that will guide you in the correct direction. I was very impressed!

    The tour was fantastic from start to finish. I was very impressed with all of the information I got prior to the trip. Our Tour Guide **** was wonderful! The people on our tour enjoyed each other and all the wonderful sites we got to see. When I travel again I would definitely chose EF Tours.

    There are better tour companies. Flight schedules were horrible and several hotels were substandard. EF needs to provide above par across the board, and you never know what you're going to get. I think they are trying to cut corners where they should not.

    EF tours only cares about money not customer service. I have had worst experience trying to go on tour after a flight they made got canceled. They take no responsibility and make you deal with insurance policy. A 5 Day tour got reduced to 3 days. I do not recommend booking with this company. I will never again.

    Thank you for leaving a review. We are sorry to hear that you felt we did not provide a good customer service experience. When it comes to flight cancellations or delays, customers do need to work with the airlines to get rebooked. We book flights, but we do not have the ability to rebook customers outside of booking all new flight itineraries which can be costly for the customer. Therefore, we always encourage customers to work with airlines so that this does not happen, but airlines (as of lately) do not have the best rebooking options which do cause travelers to be delayed to tour. To combat this, we are developing new policies so that travelers feel more protected when missing days on tours and we hope that these new policies will give customers more options when facing a major delay.

    We had 2 experiences with this company. The first was excellent the second was horrible. When you are talking about spending $10,000 or more for 2 people to take a tour you expect that the professional company you trust with your money will act with integrity. Our most recent experience with EF GoAhead tours was not that. The accommodations, food, timing and overall experience were very sub par. After contacting the customer loyalty department and spending a month going back and forth trying to get some kind of credit for the waste of time and money , we were granted a grand total of $200 for a terrible trip. I cannot state strongly enough that this company should not receive your hard earned dollars. They have proven to be a company that is not concerned with customer satisfaction or to appreciate what it takes for the average person to be able to take a trip that costs this much. Shame on you Go ahead tours. You have no honor or integrity.

We did take considerable amount of notes with your feedback and did pass it on to the relevant departments. In terms of compensation, we consider every situation that is brought to use carefully and thoughtfully. We did not take your feedback lightly, but we do work within certain guidelines in what we can reimburse. We are sorry that what we offered in terms of compensation was not what you were hoping for or expecting. We do hope that you still have a few highlights from this tour that you can look back on positively and we are glad to hear that your first tour with us went so well.
