  Recently completed a private group tour of ***********. Part of the trip was an overnight ferry from ******* to ******. The group paid to have a larger cabin with an outside view. We did not receive what we paid for. The cabin we received was a much smaller cabin with no window. Company has only offered a credit voucher for a future trip instead of refunding us the price difference, as if we would book another tour with them.

We did receive your feedback and concern regarding your ferry cabin and did approve a refund instead of a voucher for that inconvenience since it did impact your time on tour. We do hope that despite the cabin not being what was promised and or expected, that your tour was still enjoyable with other highlights to look back on.

  Since ****, I have traveled with EF/Go Ahead Tours on 15 trips. to over 25 countries. while leading more than 700 people. Every journey has been wonderful.. From the staff in ****** to the tour guides, we have always been given the very best of service. I highly recommend them and am planning a trip for ****.

  I took a fabulous tour of ****** (******, Mykonos, Santorini), and a three-day extension to ****. The trip was well-planned and organized. We were given lots of helpful information before and during the trip. We had an excellent and knowledgeable Tour Director as well as tour guides. They made each excursion so worthwhile. I learned so much! I can't say enough about what an incredible journey we had which was due to EF tours Go Ahead and our director and guides! Thank you!

  *** worked with EF Go Ahead for 15+ years and fine the are an exact match with my travel personality. When shopping for group (or solo) travel opportunities, most people place too much emphasis on price and fail to consider more important considerations such as flexibility, expertise, value, balance, and safety all with the highest customer service and communication. Ive been on tours both as a traveler, and as a Group Coordinator and can honestly truly say, you will not find a company that will work as hard as EF Go Ahead does for each and every traveler and customer, but is willing to listen to customer needs and be open to change. Put into one word: VALUE

  My overall experience with EF GoAhead Tours has been generally positive. I run group trip with them and the coordinators have generally been helpful and cooperative -- especially in customization. We have had wonderful tour directors and amazing trips in the past, and I continue to plan to use them for future tours (we have one coming up in ****). The rewards system for tour organizers are also second to none. The only reason I have not given them a 5 is because of three things:1. I feel that I have to be clear all the time with my expectations for my group with regards to flights, hotels, and itinerary. While EF is generally helpful, from time to time I think most coordinators are just trying to get the job done and people signed up, rather than always working to have the BEST experience for their travelers. 2. Communication has been generally satisfactory. There had been a few times recently when communication has been spotty with regards to returning emails and calls. I'm still waiting for an inquiry I placed two months ago.3. As a church group, we have certain expectations when visiting religious sites. While EF is clear that they do not make arrangements for religious services, it would be a great benefit for tour organizers like me if they had consistent support. For now, it has always been up to the tour directors (who had been amazingly helpful), the team coordinators recently have either been unenthusiastic or indifferent in their willingness to assist.

  I have had an exceptional experience with EF Go Ahead Tours, both times that I traveled with them as a trip coordinator. I own a local yoga studio, and EF Go Ahead Tours worked with me to custom tailor two trips to ***** and one to ******** for myself and my community members. The memories made are priceless, and all of my clients had a phenomenal time. As a group coordinator, I have a representative to help me with each step of the way, so planning was seamless. Thank you!

  Wish i could leave a lower. reveiw . Very very disappointed with EF. Horrible flight logistics and hotels substandard except last night (before tip). Meals provided were also substandard ...Not a vegetable in sight. ******* has their hand out. Pre trip communication lacking

  I am currently on the National Parks tour -August 11. The tour guide is awesome and the bus driver as well. They are the best of the best. However EF Tours has booked the group in a dump for two nights. It is a motel(if you can call it that) and I have never er stayed in a place so bad. EF Tours gets a big zero for their lodging.

  I had a great experience with EF Tours! They are very easy to work with and they arrange the tours really well. There are a lot of travel options and flexibility. Very good company!
