  We are supposed to leave for *****, (***** **** Alexandria and a *****************) on November 30. There is protesting going on in all of these areas; there's a war going on and it is not safe. Yet they have not canceled. I'm starting to think they want us all to cancel so they can claim the insurance money. I keep getting assurances and an email saying they have a great presence in the world and our safety is there at most concern. How is dragging anyone into ***** at this point concern for anyone's safety? Taking tourists ***** at this point there's nothing short of negligence.

We are constantly monitoring what is going on in *************** through our European offices and the ***************** We will never send our travelers to an area that isn't safe for them and Go Ahead will not hesitate to change or postpone tours in the interest of safety. I'd highly recommend contacting our Traveler Support Team to voice your concerns and inquire about options for rebooking. We are in no way trying to use the situation to our advantage and safety of our travelers is our number one priority. We feel that travel to that area is still safe and have taken the necessary steps to make sure that we can provide even more assurances that travelers can feel at ease with their future travel plans to *****. If we do decide to to reschedule and postpone, we will contact you directly to reschedule.

  My husband and I did the ******** and ******** Rockies tour staring on September 7th. Our tour director, *******, was outstanding and ***** got ** to all the sites safely. Go Ahead provided a good value for the money. All the sites were well worth the visit. Some were unexpected delights such as the ********* and Smashed in the Head *****************. *****, *********************, Waterton Lake, Glacier National and Yellowstone were gorgeous. The travel group was friendly and made for interesting table conversations. The weather was picture perfect everyday which enhanced the enjoyment. We would highly recommend this trip.

  Thank you for your review. We are aware that cancelling anything can be frustrating, however we did follow our policy regarding cancellation fees and gave you all the available options to recoup that fee in a timely manner. Everything else, outside of the insurance payment, was refunded to you. We were transparent that our Any Reason Protection policy guarantees that the cancellation fee can be offered to as a voucher allowing for more flexibility if a late minute cancellation does need to happen. We do hope that you'll be traveling again soon whether that be with EF Go Ahead or not.

  My wife and I have just done the Fall Foiliage tour. We booked late (7 weeks before departure) which caused Go Ahead some confusion.****** and ***** in the ******** office were useless, once they got our money phone calls werent returned. We were told ****** was on tour and laptops werent allowed. Really?The Tour Director, ********, took over, and she was a Shining Star. As was coach driver ***. Without them the tour would have been a disaster. ******** up at **** to help. Amazing girl.The hotels were just OK. Gave the impression of *****-pinching. All but one needed serious upgrades.The itinerary was OK - ***** gave us the wrong end date, so we booked our flight home accordingly, and paid for extra nights at the hotel.Guess what! We had to cancel the extra hotel nights once ******** discovered the error, change our flights (penalties attached) - and Go Ahead dont give refunds.What a surprise.Thanks to ******** and *** it was a success, leaves all green as no frosts yet. But had it not been for the two of them itd have been very disappointing. They made it.BUT Go Ahead are a pretty mediocre lot, lots of mouthy encouragement at how lovely you are, how great its all going to be - but only thanks to ******** and *** did it work. We will NEVER go near Go Ahead Tours EVER again.

We've already spoken with you directly to get feedback about the hotels, as well as the date confusion with your post-stay. We did check that dates were communicated correctly by our staff since it is important for us to acknowledge and accept if there was an error on our part. However, we felt that communication regarding the dates were clearly and correctly communicated, therefore weren't able to process a refund for you. We do wish you all the best with your future travel adventures.

  I have yet to leave on this trip to ***********, but thus far the customer service has been DISMAL at best. They have every device to discourage you from talking to an actual person. Additionally, be warned: there is a lot of FALSE ADVERTISING. Website indicates first to nights a hotel in Burlington, walking distance to many things, or close to public transportation. So, we booked a pre-stay for two nights in Burlington, Before we booked the extra nights, I was told by rep the hotel would be 'Delta Marriott in Burlington'. When the actual hotels were sent, I see we are at Hampton Inn in **********. Well this hotel is in the middle of nowhere, not walkable to anything, 30 minutes drive to Burlington. Their front desk informed me we 'really will need a car to go anywhere' (except ********* and ****** across the street). I have been on the line now 43 minutes as I type this to 'tour support' line. The rep when she finally came on tells me there is NO REFUND for the pre-stay hotel payment. It is 'close to public transportation.' Turns out she is referring to the ********************** -- 13 minutes away!! Clearly, reputation and customer service are not important to this company. I will never book with them again.

  This coming summer of ****, my husband and I will be taking our third EF Go-Ahead Tour!!! Our first one was ***** in 2022, the second was ***********, *******, *******, and Chekoslavakia in 2023 and soon it'll be their grand tour of ****** in 19 days (11 hotels)! We are very excited. I highly recommend this company because they're efficient, and kind and want to make your vacation memorable and stress-free. Leave all the planning to them! Sit back and enjoy the ride. I refer to the experienced tour guides as our adult babysitters! ;) LOL. But it's true. I just had to set my alarm on my mobile phone to remind us it was time to head back to our luxury tour bus!

  i was unsure about taking this tour, but i loved it . i travel quite a bit and i have never used a tour company before . i would do this again . it was a great experience the tour director was informed and accommodating . the group was a little larger that i anticipated but it was a terrific group of people. we all had so much fun , the tours were perfect and fun . we had time on our own which i really enjoyed to do some of the things not in the tour.

  EF Go Ahead Tours is the perfect way to travel! They handle everything from beginning to end. The additional excursions you can purchase are great. Theres also insurance for purchase to protect you and the value of your trip. They, also, have a monthly payment plan, so the total cost doesnt have to be paid at booking. The Tour Directors have been awesome! They handle everything, and you just sit back and enjoy the tour! Ive been on 4 tours with them and have another tour booked. Ive met ***************** and have made some wonderful friends through traveling with EF Go Ahead Tours. If youre looking to travel with ease and experienced Tour Directors, this is the way to it!!

  I LOVED every second of my group tour to ***** and ****** in September 2023! They handled every detail, and when the ferry was cancelled and we couldnt stay in our hotel the extra night, I was so happy not to deal with it. The ** team took care of every detail and got us to a new hotel and on a plane with as little disruption as possible. Literally, I want to spend all of my money traveling with ** GoAhead tours! I also met 36 new friends on this trip!!! LOVED IT!!!
