    My wife, daughter and I went on a 10 day trip visiting ******, *****, and ******. Everything about the tour was great. The hotels, local transportation, food, tour director, and local tour guides. Before the tour I saw the low ratings and I was a little concerned. I would definitely consider using EF Go Ahead Tours again. If you are lucky enough to get *****, our tour director, he will take care you and the tour. The final night in ******, about eight of us from the group and the tour director went out dancing. We left the hotel at midnight to go out. My normal bed time is about 9pmIm 56not exactly the clubbing type. What fun! ****** is an amazing place.After seeing this rating I felt compelled to write my review because I did not agree with the low rating. Thank you EF Go Ahead Tours!

    Went to historic ******* and attended Oktoberfest! It was a fantastic trip and will absolutely book another trip with EF Tours. From start to finish, our tour guide and bus driver were on time and perfectly organized. The local guides walked us through the sites with ease and full of knowledge. Love it!

    Great tour and tour director for ***** was fantastic and went above and beyond for us. Only improvements Id suggest is related to hotels. They are not very nice and should be better.

    Horrible company. When I call(numerous times) with a flight problem, they take the info and say they will refer to their flight team. It does not get resolved. They keep your money, dont return it And dont answer the problem

We will be implementing a customer facing flight team in the upcoming months due to feedback from customers and are wanting to improve this experience. After investigating, it seems that there were resolutions with your flight reservation and a refund was processed. We hope that your upcoming tour experience goes well and you enjoy your vacation!

    I recently returned from my first trip with EF Go Ahead Tours. I went on the Oktoberfest: *******, ***********, ******* tour with friends who had previously went on 2 EF Go Ahead Tours and had great experiences. My trip was fantastic and there were no issues, whatsoever.Since this was my first trip abroad, I requested that my flights (I was considered a solo traveler) be the same as the other parties in my group. I had received confirmation that this would occur. When my friends received their flight info, it was not the same as mine. I called EF **************** and they saw those notes on my account. They changed my flights to align with with my traveling partners at no cost to me. I thought it was great customer service. I expect to ********************** with ****************** again in the future.

    I recently did the ** Go Ahead Ireland solo tour. Not impressed. Hotels were just fair as was the food. But it was the itinerary that really sucked. We were hauled from one overhyped tourist trap to another, never seeing anyone but hoardes of Americans. Our tour guide knew practically nothing about Irelands long struggle for independence. If you want to tour ******* castles with a bunch of Republicans, youall love it.

We are sorry to hear that your experience on tour did not meet expectations and that you found the tour director's knowledge plus hotels and food not to your liking. Our tours can be faster paced, packing in a lot of different sites and activities. Our goal with our itineraries are to highlight the things that many want to see when visiting the country. This can lead to these areas having more tourists and can be busy. We do hope that you enjoyed other aspects of the tour and will be traveling again soon, whether that be with EF Go Ahead or not.

    Absolutely loved the ***** and **** tour with the ****** extension. Everything was handled for ** and the tour guides were SO good. Our main tour guide - ******** - will be the measure by which we measure all tour guides going forward. He was so great. Also, the local tour guides at each destination were so knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend EF tours and will use them again when booking a tour.

    Great tour of *****!!!! It was especially nice to not have to think about hotels, transportation, baggage, meals, or flights... this to me was the biggest value added of going with a tour... well worth the money! ... plus our tour director (******) was great at being able to take care of everything and answer any questions we had, cannot say enough about her expertise! Overall a GREAT experience!
