1 star********* tour June 2024. Tour started in ****** and it was great. The tour guide (Vic) is fantastic. We are currently on the second stop in *******************. The Resort that EF selected is below average. The property does not have elevators or ****** service so you have to carry you own luggage up several flights of steps, the air conditioning did not work in my room, the safe needs a key that is not provided and the dinner arrangements were chaos. The tour guide recommended I provide EF this feedback. Unfortunately due to the time difference EF is not open. I would prefer to just go home at this point but cant get ahold of anyone to assist me.EF Go Ahead Tours

5 starsThis was our 13th trip with Go Ahead and as usual it was great. We've gotten in the habit of going a few days early and staying a few days late. For our latest tour that was especially nice since we got to see ***** on our own and take the *** to a new city at the end. Our Tour Director even made sure we got our taxi to take us to the train station even though that was not part of the Go Ahead tour.EF Go Ahead Tours

5 starsEF Go Ahead tours have not disappointed! Two trips with them and each were so well planned, accommodating and memorable. **************** is easy to work with and answer all your questions. You will be well prepared before your trip. But they still manage to exceed expectations! Their guides are knowledgeable and personable. Highly recommend using EF Go Ahead tours for a great travel experience.EF Go Ahead Tours

5 stars14 tours, all terrific, and we just cant get enough! Excellent tour directors are the norm, and they make or break the experience. The sites speak for themselves; its how you time and finesse and choreograph the stuff with timely transportation and entertaining commentary and spot on recommendations for what to see and where to eat in your free time. We actually have 2 tours booked and are zeroing in on a third. Do not hesitate to book with Go Ahead. Good staff at the home office to help you plan. Id give six stars if I could!EF Go Ahead Tours

5 starsThey do the work while I vacation. I have used them several times. Someone asked if I ever used anyone else. My reply was, why? I found them because I went on their student trips, EFTours. I was excited that they have adult tours. I like that I can customize my trips with excursions and they were wonderful in arranging for my arrival two days early for a trip because I wanted to spend more time in one city. I also love paying over time so it doesnt feel like a huge hit. Its also so exciting planning ahead and looking forward . I love the app experience. Was able to connect with other single women on a mixed tour before going. Made life long friends.EF Go Ahead Tours

5 starsIve had nothing but great experiences with EF Go Ahead Tours. From booking through to the end of the tours Ive been on EF has demonstrated exceptional customer service. Most recently Ive been to ********, ****************** and ***** with EF and each tour director (********************, and ****) was extremely knowledgeable and professional and each went above and beyond to make a personal connection with each person on tour. The itineraries for each tour are well thought out where you get to see the big sights, experiences with locals, and plenty of free time. I look forward to my next trip with EF!EF Go Ahead Tours

5 starsI have traveled as a group coordinator with Go Ahead on 20 tours. They provide the complete travel experience. 175 destinations, all transportation, accomodations, excellent guides, and a global staff always available to assist you. It is one stop shopping at its best. You have the option of an all-inclusive travel package, or you can customize your tour to arrange your own flights, add excursions, or add extensions to nearby venues. 5 stars**************** was great. Quick responses via email, w questions answers & resolved. My Walking Tour of ************ region was Fantastic! Tour ************************** Most of the Local guides were good only a couple I felt did not earn my tip. Our driver, ********, was so good, very safe & skilled, driving a larger vehicle around tiny, curvy **************** he got a hug & a picture w me. The entire package w EF Tours was well worth the ********** including the additional excursions. Well planned & plenty of free time to explore independently. As a solo, female traveler, No complaints for my first time traveling w this company. I will tour w them again & recommend to anyone.EF Go Ahead Tours
