  My daughter and I had an amazing trip and wonderful experiences. Our guide **************** was awesome. She is the best! The hotels we stayed at were very nice. The excursions we booked were so much fun and very educational. ******'s recommendations of restaurants and places to see were spot on. Would definitely recommend her as a guide. The people we met were so fun and we made several new friends.

  Using EF is a Great way to take the headache out of travel planning!Signed up for another trip for next year. If you can get Georgia as your tour director youll love her.

  Booked a tour after reading the daily itinerary. We are seniors; husband uses a ****** to get around. Only one day out of the 9 mentioned having to WALK anywhere. All descriptions were busses, trains and shuttles. Found out 60 days prior to tour that there is a lot of walking, climbing stairs and standing. Husband could not handle so canceled. Was denied insurance claim back. Cost us $1800. I feel that the tour is responsible because they did not accurately describe their tour and now refuse to give back insurance or deposit. Certainly would not recommend this company.

  The tour you booked is one of our less active ones, but it does include some walking, especially around the various nature highlights. Our representatives are available to offer additional insight and advice regarding mobility concerns when booking tours. We recommend that travelers with mobility concerns speak with us directly to discuss the itinerary in greater detail before booking, as our website provides only a synopsis of each day's activities.

  We do have a standard cancellation policy that is stated in our terms and conditions which every traveler needs to review and sign. You also do have the option of filing an insurance claim for your cancellation fees. We apologize for any misconception about the activity level needed for this tour and understand your frustration. We do hope that you'll be able to travel to the desired location in the future.

  My tour with EF was outstanding and I would highly recommend them. I was impressed even before the tour began with the information they provided to help prepare us for the trip. I liked the balance of scheduled activity and free time. Our tour guide was wonderful, organized and made everything run smoothly. Loved it!*****

  EF Go Ahead Tours is amazing. My husband fell ill on the trip and they were on top of everything including following up days afterwards. Our tour was great and the TD was amazing. Yes some of the local guides tend to tell a lot of BS but take it with a grain of salt and listen to your Tour Director. The only thing I think should be changed with EF Tours is the tipping I think it would make life smooch easier if all the tips were included in the bundle package. It doesn't matter if you tip or not we should not have to think about it especially since some countries are not as technical as some which made life hard for us in the end. I would recommend EF Go Ahead tours always!

  EF Go Ahead Tours is not worth the headache. The "home office", airline ticket group and support group are of no help. The particular tour I was on happened to be pretty good on the ground. However, optional site seeing excursions should be added into the trip and not optional. It feels like a bait and switch sometimes. The tour director, however, was great and truly tried to assist with the travel issues we encountered. Again, the "home office" and its support staff were useless. Take your money elsewhere as there are more and better options.

We tried our best to work with you on your flight preferences, but airline schedule changes and cancellations are very much beyond our control. We understand that this can be frustrating, but we did provide many options to try to secure you with an itinerary that you felt more comfortable with. We are glad to hear that your overall on tour experience was a positive one. We hope that despite the frustration with your flights that you'll be able to speak positively about the things you saw and experienced while on tour.   EF Go Ahead tours is an amazing company. Ive been on 4 tours with them and they are all first class. They take care of everything for you and I felt very safe. They are very easy Yo work with if you need to change dates or tours, as long as it is within the specified time frame. I highly recommend them and rate them 5 stars!

  This was our first time traveling with EF Go Ahead Tours- and it was fantastic! Our Guide ****** could not have been better- funny, engaging, lots of knowledge and just an all around fun guy! Our bus driver *******, a super nice guy, was amazingly skilled and squeezed us into areas I didn't think possible. It's been one week since my return home and I'm still in amazement over everything we visited. We will definitely be traveling with you again.
