      My complaint is that ****** lied about delivering my package and is doing nothing to rectify the situation or even respond to my complaint

      I have ordered many times through Temu and never had an issue until they started using UniUni. First my package was marked "out for delivery" for 7 days and then on the 7th day at 11 pm I got a notification that it was delivered. Problem is there was no delivery. Checked all my cameras and walked all around my property. Nobody was even near my house during the time of delivery. When I checked Uni' site the delivery pictures were just 3 black pictures. Clearly the delivery person stole my package. I submitted 2 tickets and have heard nothing back. What this company does is criminal and I hope legal actions are taken for stolen property. How is a delivery company still in business with such a high rate of theft. Perhaps somebody should contact the media about them. Make sure everyone is aware.

      Order: PO-211-***************** The order included three ceiling fans, but one of them was defective. After months of back-and-forth with the manufacturer, I was informed that they could not exchange the item because it had been discontinued. They suggested I seek a refund instead, but by this time, the refund window had already closed. It feels like they intentionally delayed the process until it was too late to issue a refund. Given that all three fans are installed in close proximity, I would like to request a refund for all three so I can replace the working ones and ensure they all match.

      Better Business Bureau:I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ********. Please add your rejection comments below; if you do not provide any details, your complaint will be closed as Answered. 

      I repeatedly had to reach out to check the status explaining that this fan was one of three being installed and it was holding up the entire project. Obviously the fans needed to match.    I would  like to be refunded for the entire purchase of all 3 fans. 

      Businesses and Customers should be civil, courteous and polite in their responses to complaints. It is important to remain professional and productive when participating in the BBB complaint process.

      February 27 th 2025 I purchased a wig from the seller Leleo on Temu. The wig was supposed to be 40 inches and human hair it was neither, so I sent it back. They gave me only a partial refund claiming what I sent them is damaged. What I sent you is what you sent me how do you think I feel?

      I did a return to temu and was promised a credit balance within minutes. That night I checked and still did not have my credit balance on my account. I called ******************** to inform them that I still did not have my credit balance. The agent said that I would first have to cancel the refund on order to get the credit balance. I told him that did not sound right. He insisted that that it was correct-so I canceled the return. NOW TEMU HAS THE MERCHANDISE and MY Credit Balance/Money.       I incurred an issue with temu taking 5 months to refund my monies from the temu credit account back to ******. **************** was horrendous as I called numerous times probably 60 or more hours. Im asking for $1500 compensation for my wasted time. I received a call from ******* 3-31-25 offering to put $100 into the temu credit account. After telling him numerous times that I would never use temu again he kept insisting on putting money into the account. Again horrible customer service.

      Delivered March 15th 2025 from TEMU I ordered an office chair from TEMU which was delivered on the 16th of March 2025 As I was was putting it together I became very ill with dizziness, burning eyes and lungs with a bad headache and later nausea. I had to place it in a closed off room. I then requested a return and refund, as their advertising claimed a 100% money back guarantee with free shipping. I called in and my complaint and refund request was sent to another department. That department recorded my issue but then sent me a run around request to get a doctor or hospital and a testing lab (cost about 1K) to prove that I was made sick with an official certificate. Of course this is impossible now that the chair has been out of my space for several days. I recovered from the exposure about an hour after I put the chair away. I am not able to use it at all and want to send it back and get it out of my home. I would not be able to even get this large chair into my ****** Yaris! I would not be able to drive with it for 2 hours to get to a testing lab, as I would get too sick on the road. Setting up "resolutions" like having to take a product to a lab or get a certificate to prove I was made sick or later being told that they would refund me $39.00 is totally unacceptable. This is no resolution for this deception and run around.

      I was invited to play a free rewards game so I accepted the invite choose my rewards that add to $310.00 this started Saturday morning 29th of March I was on this game doing the challenges and the last one was difficult because I had to find people not on temu. I was down to getting the last two people required with over 12 hrs left to play. I found one ****** at close to 1 am Sunday morning and the game disappeared it took some time to figure out how to connect with them about 30 minutes. When I finally managed to connect the first ****** was just saying that it difficult to play fish game and I kept telling him that's not what it was the second ****** the same thing. They finally got customer service and he looked into it and apologized for the trouble and would contact the ****** needed it is now 4:30am Sunday morning the ****** to fix it contacts me and tells me to just get 5 to join. This is at 6:30am I had fell asleep waiting. With no time and no real way of completing this because they took the page away i couldn't finish. Because what she had done is make me start over with no prize and nothing just add 5 people. And said because I didn't complete I failed the challenge. While waiting I realized they had my order wrong on two items. And they wouldn't even do anything about that for over 12 hrs when it was shipped. This was a long day and they have only put this on me I have screen recordings and told them that. Now the send things with smiley faces crying so sad that you missed all your rewards. I'm ********** and this is not a fair or reasonable treatment of a customer no matter their income. They have to have laws they abide by just like the rules I have to. So many hrs over a two day period I was doing and abiding by the rules and they shut me down this can't be right.

      Ordered items from TEMU was delivered but to the wrong address the shipping company provided proof of the delivery but it's the wrong address I submitted a claim on the order stating that it was delivered to the wrong address provided proof which was pictures of my residence where my mail box and front door to my building and my mailbox with my name on it I've been denied a refund several times the red building is my residence with my name directly on the mailbox... The shipping company was gofo express.. I also provided a screen shot of TEMU policy delivery guarantee ..... I told TEMU what they are doing is theft by deception..... And treating consumers the way they do is wrong

However, these promised incentives have consistently failed to materialize. Instead, I am often met with misleading messages such as "almost there" or "just buy another item to receive this offer." This bait-and-switch approach has left me feeling misled and disappointed.Additionally, when encountering issues with purchased items, Temu has offered compensation in the form of a $20 coupon. However, this "compensation" requires me to make another purchase in order to use the coupon, which I find unacceptable and insincere.
