Temu is refusing to provide a refund per their policy. Temu also refuses to provide any way of contacting them. Temu has made it only possible to "chat" with a bot. "Chat" is a grosse exaggeration as Temu's chat bot requires that a person picks from only a limited number of responses. Requesting to speak with a Temu employee is completely ignored and the bot responds with a message that Temu has implemented to manipulate people into thinking they will help. Temu has no intention to help or provide assistance. Temu's goal is to manipulate people into buying from them and refusing to abide by their own policy's they brag and advertise about.From the attached you can see all but the one item is greyed out, 5emu is preventing a refund. Now the order on Temu shows a huge discount but I was charged about the full amount.Business Response

This pretty simple, yet Temu can't seem to fix the issue. I placed an order for three resin Boards at $22.16 dollars each. Yesterday *** stated it was delivered. It was not! What I got was a whale tale board with the words "My Love" on it. Not the Order I placed. Pictured. You can clearly see that in the picture, the tracking number of the package. The complaint is for order PO-211-***************** I ordered an eyelash applicator tool from temu on May 4th for the amount of $6.22 it was marked as delivered on May 8th. Upon viewing the tracking I saw that it had been delivered to a completely different City. I immediately applied for a refund! not too long after I applied for a refund the seller denied the refund claiming that "I signed for the package, and that the official website also showed it had been signed for" which is not true and is a lie! The official **** website shows that it was delivered to a mailbox in ********* it says nothing about the parcel being signed for. Second of all I never but Elk River as the city for my address during checkout. Both Temu and the seller are aware of this information and are purposely making things complicated and difficult for me to avoid giving me a refund! I want my money back!Business Response

*** LOGISTICS STATES THEY DROPPED MY PACKAGE AT THAT LOCATION AT 1:02 - 1:04 pm. That is the apartment complex next to my house. I ordered from Temu and *** said they delivered to this apartment pictures above, within 7 minutes I went to retrieve my package and it was not there, the only packages there were the same ones in the picture which means they snapped a picture of the wrong address with packages in front but never deliverer mines. I dont see it on the picture nor did I see it at the apartment 1-5 door, I seen the same pictures in the photo. This company is keeping people stuff and saying they delivered it. Please help me get my merchandise. Temu should not be held accountable for *** LOGISTIX STEALING WORKERS. I really wanted my stuff. I started a return on TEMU and they provided me with the return shipping label, I got all 5 of the items and put them in their original packaging and I placed their label, days pass, and they are saying they didnt receive the items when I clearly have proof that they did, they refused my refund request multiple times even though Im in the right! Temu promoted a "Calendar1000" event promising over $1500 in free gifts, including daily "free" items and a grand prize. After spending $35.67 to qualify, I discovered hidden requirements: daily gifts require $15$20 purchases and the ultimate prize requires a $35+ order, none of which was disclosed in the event rules. I accept the $63.80 credit as resolution for the missed rewards. However, I want to stress that the larger issue is the repeated pattern of hidden conditions within promotional events.
