      I have a issue with Temu I order a bed frame from them and havent received it and not only that thats not my apartment I been requesting for a refund since February nobody seems to get no help I even had the bank which is after pay experience the lies that they have been telling me about a charge back

      I am requesting a refund for Order PO-211-***************** that was Shipped: using tracking No. 1ZE366C39001695859 Temu confirmed receiving the items on May 2. They were returned, shipped back to Temu, using the wrong return shipping label.The wrong shipping label was attached to the return package by mistake. The contents on the package were delivered to the warehouse. Temu has acknowledged as much For tracking number 1ZE366C39001695859, the warehouse was expected to receive five items, but only four were received, leading to an excess of four items, with no blacklisted items.I am requesting a refund for Order PO-211-***************** .Temu confirmed receiving the package on May 2, but it was shipped using the wrong shipping label. The wrong shipping label, tracking 1ZE366C39001695859 used to return the package for order PO-211-***************** was attached to the return package by mistake. It is very clear what happened.       Two times I have had order issues that Temu had refused to process respectfully. On the first they refused to process me a full refund. Todays complaint involving and order that was not fulfilled properly. And now refusing to process in a timely manner with bureaucratic delays. It is time to hold them accountable or ban them from doing business within the country of the ************************ ????

      I have placed orders with Temu in the past without issues. However, randomly my account was blocked from making orders stating "unusual" activity when there are non. I used a virtual payment method, similar to ***** and ****** pay and they are requesting documentation I own the card. I upload the details from the virtual payment and they declined it, saying I must submit a bank statement or a picture of a physical card. That is not how ***** and ****** pay work. They are intentionally blocking me in ordering without stating exactly why. All activity I authorized and I have 2FA on the account.

      I have had 3 packages that were stolen off my doorstep. I have informed Temu of this issue the day that it happened and I have provided them with a police case number and the phone number for them to contact for them to get the video footage that they require. But they have refused to use the information I have given and now they are telling me that since it's been past **************************************************************** credit my Temu account for the amount that the items cost me. The total I have requested is for the amount that the items are worth before discount. I believe since they have failed to do their job they should credit my Temu account for the full price of the items as most of them they no longer have in stock or they have been discontinued.       BBB Complaint Against Temu I was participating in Temus $100 cash reward promotion and had completed 98.4% of the requirements with over $160 of items in my cart. Suddenly, the reward vanished and my cart was emptied. **************** repeatedly redirected me to the wrong promotion and failed to resolve the issue.I requested either the remaining coins to complete the promo or cancellation of my orders. Instead, I was met with stalling and refusal. This feels deceptive and misleading. I believe the promotion was a bait-and-switch and want the BBB to investigate Temus handling of customer rewards and complaints.

      It's all detailed in the attached documents. in short: ********** is selling guitars on Temu, but is accepting money from multiple people, for the same time, for the same item...there was only one. The guitar was posted, and they took my money. a few days later i checked on the status and it showed the item prepared...shipping was the last step. they the seller sent me a message stating that it was sold to someone else, and attempted to push a lesser valued... quality...guitar off on me. At this point he has my money, which gives him a unfair advantage. ********** refused to refund my money, and directed me to Temu.Temu refused to refund my money...they had no justification for keeping it...and forced me to cancel the order. However, canceling the order covers up the crime in future audits; so nobody knows how often this happens. Temu had no justification to hold my funds, and is complicit in the wire fraud; ********** is accepting funds from multiple people for the same item. When you cancel, none of the reasons provided are accurate...none of them state that its canceled because the seller sold the item you purchased to someone else. This was not something where there were multiples...it was 1 item.

      I purchased 3 FITTED hats and when they arrived they were not as described they were SNAPBACK hats so I contacted Temu customer service which is anything but, and after several attempts to have my issue resolved I just returned the hats I ordered for a refund, as usual Temu warehouse received the package and refused to refund me my money claiming the items were not received, so I was prepared this time since they tried this before, I took photos of the hats and the packing process including myself at the *** store dropping them off when they saw the evidence all of the sudden they refund 1 of the hats (suspicious right). So I have been frighting for weeks to receive the refund on the other 2 hats I RETURNED all they keep claiming is that the items were not received (but they refunded 1) of the items not received I just need my refund on the 2 remaining items so I can be done with this please.

      I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent order (Order No. PO-210-*****************), which has not been delivered to me despite being marked as delivered.According to the tracking details, the item was allegedly left on a front porch of a communal areaa location I neither authorized nor consider secure. I did not request for the parcel to be left in any unsafe or communal location. As expected, the parcel is now missing and cannot be located. I have attached an image of my property to assist as where they have left it anyone can pick this up. I have already reported this matter to Evri, who confirmed that Temu is responsible for refunding the customer and may then pursue a claim with them if needed. However, your customer service team has so far refused to process a refund, which is completely unacceptable and falls short of basic consumer protection standards.I am extremely disappointed by the lack of accountability and poor handling of this issue. I am requesting an immediate full refund for this undelivered item.If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate my complaint further and may consider contacting my bank to initiate a chargeback, as well as reporting this issue to consumer protection bodies.I expect to hear back within 48 hours with confirmation of my refund.Kind regards Sundaes

      For PO-211-***************** I ordered cast iron handrails for outside stairs. The seller sent a fake letter via **** that weighed less than a pound when the real product should have weighed more than 15 pounds since its made of cast iron! When confronted, they told me I need to send letter back and then they would refund me the shipping and cost of product which I never believed. The **** tracking seller used is ********************** to prove delivery but it was a letter not an item. Please investigate seller for fraud since weight of **** can be verified. They did not send the product at all.
